The B&B is located at about 10mins walk from the city centre and many attractions of the city including the Windsor castle are within the reach. I am impressed by clean house-keeping and warm atmosphere in particular at breakfast where all the customers staying sit at one dining table (and exchange friendly conversation). Mineral water and biscuits are replenished everyday and it was very comfortable to stay. If you want a privacy, this B&B might not be the perfect option since the toilet and bathroom are to be shared with others and there is only one dining table to have breakfast (so conversation with others is inevitable). However, if you enjoy such atmosphere, it is not a disadvantage at all and I highly recommend the place.

Friendliness of staff Excellent breakfast Location The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in - but I'm spoiled by having a memory foam mattress & pillow at home.

Extremly clean and tidy, and very friendly hosts The heat was off during the nite, wich, for winter, made the room a little bit cold...

Prior to my arrival, I had helpful and courteous emails which made me feel welcome. Upon my arrival, I was made to feel comfortable, all my questions were answered and my room was satisfactory. The owner, Dee, was very kind and engaging with me and I rate this as the best stay of my trip to the UK.

Friendly greeting, nice breakfast, central location, good price Parking was a bit of a pain - either leave on street and move at 8:30am before the traffic wardens appear, or use a pay car park which in Windosor are incredibly expensive. If you are to arrive after 5:30pm and depart before 8:30am perfect. If not, its a pain.

Not much really, the room was clean all though you could wipe the dust off the blinds with your finger. The location, Oxford Road is dimly lit at night. Anyone less adgile would find it a trek from Windsor centre. The bedroom was small, the on suite had been added at the expense of the size of bedroom, no door to the bathroom which is a 'no no'. No bedside cabinet/table, my husband had to put his watch, phone etc; on the floor, no chair. You cannot pass each other in the room, one has to stand back to allow the other to move. Another 'no no', having to sit on bar stools at a breakfast bar to eat. Poor selection for breakfast although it is cooked while you WATCH. We have had quite a few short breaks in B&B's all over the country and we have come to the conclusion that the standards were so high, we have been spoilt and paid less for it!

Warm welcome, and a lovely lady, Anne I think was her name who cooked and served the breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome, and felt relaxed. No door between the bedroom and bathroom, use your imagination for the rest

Great breakfast. Noise of the planes from Heathrow -- but that will be anywhere on that side of London (can't be helped). Otherwise, it was a quiet place.

Dee and Steve are very nice. Good variety for breakfast including a lovely fruit salad. Clean room and facility. Location is a little distant from major Windsor tourist attractions. No door for the bathroom.
