Beautiful apartment and the privacy of having you're own private facilities was great. Parking and collecting the keys was nice and easy.

Hello, Following on from what happened on Friday evening, I would like to highlight the main points that created such a stressful & disappointing evening. Leading up to our stay in Manchester, I called the number on the booking confirmation (07802 211221) several times to inform you that me and my business partner might be delayed on Friday due to meetings in Euston going on longer than expected. As check-in time was up until 7pm, I felt that it would be beneficial that you knew our situation and that you could accommodate this delay. I had no response from the phone calls and voicemail that I left. I also emailed you, 4 days prior, explaining the situation (see below), however, once again I received no reply. We arrived in Manchester at 9pm. Upon arrival at the apartment, we approached the concierge and informed him that we were staying at the apartment and I handed him my booking confirmation. The response I received can only be described as shocking, rude and un-professional. He abruptly told me to call the number on the booking confirm and that the booking confirmation that I was holding was "nothing to do with him". Obviously, this is no way to speak to people, not to mention a customer, and bearing in mind that no-one was answering the phone, the situation did not look good. I tried to communicate with the gentleman in question, however, he was just so rude that I was unable to do so. I was asking him if this was a 'scam' to which he said, "We can't comment. Haven't I made myself clear? Call the number on the form" Clearly, I am not happy and needed more clarity on the situation. We tried to communicate with him calmly and he just got more and more irate. He then threatens to call the police, to which I was so embaressed but actually agreed with him to do so. He then walks off and locks himself in a room behind the desk! I honestly could not believe what was going on.

The location for what we wanted was excellent. Very quiet considering slap bang in the middle of Manchester, access was really good to everywhere. Secure parking made a difference.

Did not really spend a lot of time in the apartment as we were at a concert, but the time we had was really good. I had never stayed in an apartment before I have always booked Hotels, but we would do it again.

I didnt get back the deposit of £70 and the owner is clearly ignoring my calls!! Please be aware this guy is ripping off customers !!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed that you have your own space like just being at home and not just like staying at hotel where you just have a room!!!

Being able to cook things ie breakfast in the morning

Good size apartment in general, the balcony was also really big which was unexpected. The lobby was clean and modern, the room was easy to find as per the directions on the lift.

The décor wasn't very nice, there was an awful rug in the living room, but I guess that is down to opinions of taste. We couldn't get the heating to work so we was quite uncomfortable as we were very cold. I have also not received a response to my email with regards to getting my deposit refunded, I have been given no time scale, and no acknowledgement that my email has been received. I have also called a number I found but an automated message states that the phones will not be answered until 04.01.12 although it is only 15.12.11 which means I will have to wait until after Christmas to enquire about my refund when we stayed in the apartment on 03.12.11

Having an apartment rather than just a room. Nice to have not just a tiny kettle and some instant whitener but a full kitchen with a fridge for milk.

It is a great shame that the reception porters are (apparently) forbidden from being helpful or even friendly. The result is unwelcoming at best. Also, I'm not sure this comes up to the level of complaint (unless it does, see below) but the inventory list in the apartment was signed 4 years ago: A lot has changed in that time and there were dozens of discrepancies, not all minor (e.g. 4 chairs listed but not present). The result is both ridiculous and worrying: If I get billed for anything this will become a complaint.

The Place looked nice, but there was an odd disturbing smell. Sheets and towels were not clean. Service was not pleasant. However, the apartments decor and view was amazing. Great location, easy access to city centre. Worth the amount payed.
