On arrival there was a problem relating to Booking. Com not having provided details of our stay to the hotel. Staff dealt with this issue promptly and courteously and although the problem was not of the hotel's doing upgraded us to an executive suite. Thank you

Cleanliness Location for where we needed to be

Good location close to many restaurants and good free WiFi in rooms.

Breakfast is far too expensive on top of the normal room price - the room prices of other hotels in the area are slightly cheaper and include breakfast in the std cost.

First class facilities and friendly staff.

Difficulties with Booking.com who had advised me that my payment was being taken on the day of booking. This led to difficulties in dealing with staff at the Kenilworth Holiday Inn. Who explained that the problem was common with all bookings made via Booking.com.

Location near public transport (bus) to Warwick University. Rooms were exactly as described. Coffee shop facility. Everythign I needed as available easily accessed.

Good sized rooms. Location was good for getting to Leamington and Warwick University. Ideal if you intend to be out and about for most of the day.

Mini-gym really is mini and crowded with old, noisy equipment which needs updating to the 21st century. No pool or spa facilities. Breakfast was a bit basic and there was no ambience in the breakfast room.

I booked on line and didnot realise that b reakfast was not included. So 4 breakfast cost £54.80 Although it was an excellant breakfast We thought it a little expensive. We would have stayed again but this has put us off

Customer care was top. Very fast and easy check in and out, I stayed 5 nights in executive room in new floor . It was a 5 star room with 5 star services .. I went then 2 nights to London then return back to the same hotel for 2 nights but we couldn't get the executive room in the new floor so I upgrade it to a sweet it was excellent experience . I highly recommend this hotel to any one who like to stay in Kenilworth.. Starbucks is in the hotel and the main road is just across the hotel.. When everything is closed u can enjoy Al manack bar cross the road that serve until 12 am.

The house keeping is not 24 hours .. Which wasn't a problem when the manager in the mid of night shift assets u when needed... Love love love this hotel ..

when i checked the hotel they stated that they had gym facilities so this was why i chose this particular hotel, i was very dissapointed at the facilities provided as it turned out to be no more than a cupboard with four pieces of equipment
