Ample parking,good access to rooms,well prepared food at reasonable prices and overall the hotel was very quiet both during the day and night. There needs to be some explanation at reception, or in the rooms, about how to control the air conditioning and heating systems. |

The choice of pillows! Warm room, friendly & helpful staff - all of which makes a massive difference when you stay at hotels a lot. The room rate was expensive, and almost charged additional £9.95 on top for breakfast which I wasn't warned about. Too expensive for the area when other hotels offer more competitive rates. |

I thought the price of the breakfast was way to high as I only had a bowl of cereal & had to pay the full price. I feel you should only pay for what you eat !!! |

Nice restaurant food. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and well airconditioned room There are several steps at the entrance. I had to carry all my bags up those steps. I hope they would construct an easier access along with all the refurbishment work that is going on at present. |

It was convenient to where I needed to be the very next day. A woman thing I know, but the length of the cable of the hairdryer was not long enough to see what you were doing in the mirror!!! |
