Nice restaurant food. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and well airconditioned room There are several steps at the entrance. I had to carry all my bags up those steps. I hope they would construct an easier access along with all the refurbishment work that is going on at present. |

It was convenient to where I needed to be the very next day. A woman thing I know, but the length of the cable of the hairdryer was not long enough to see what you were doing in the mirror!!! |

Most of my stay was fine The room that we stayed in could have done with more lighting it was quite dark/also maybe a bigger bed instead of two doubles |

The staff were extremely helpfull on both days that we stayed there and nothing was too much trouble. There was only one very small lift working but we understand that the hotel is in its last stage of renovation. |

The rooms were comfortable but obviously designed by a man, with no lights above mirrors in the bedroom area. I therefore would not stay at your hotel again. |

friendly staff We booked to stay at the Demontford and didn't know it had changed hands - which made it difficult to find! Also, there was a lot work going on in the hotel and drilling started at 7.45am! |

The rooms have recently been re-fitted very nicely. The staff were very friendly and acommodating. The reason for staying there was it was exceptional value for money. Has recently been taken over by Holiday Inn group and will have price rises in near future, therefore competing with many other hotels in the area. |
