Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται GBP 18,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The only negative was that our room was extremely cold all of the time. The only heating available was by night storage heaters which was not sufficient. |

Although the hotel was clean, it needs to be re-furbished through-out, the curtains were hanging off the rail, carpets were thread bare in places. It had a stale smell as soon as you walked in the reception. The settee in the lounge was shabby & in disrepare. The plug was broken in the hand basin, also the shower was leaking. |

hotel has goog location, close to the beach. staff was very kind and helpfull, breakfast service and choice of breakfasts really good. yes, tv conection was very poor, no bath stopper, bath and wash basin blocked |

everything was perfect, the lady who checked me in was very polite. my room was huge and well equipt and very clean with nice sized shower. my room was up two flights of stairs with no lift, not a problem for me but could be for disabled/elderly. |

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous. Registration was very slow the person on duty was very helpful but did not seem to be quite sure how everything was booked. |

Very good welcome and excellent veggie breakfast. Only a couple of minutes walk from Boscombe Pier and the beach. Single room of adequate size, with clean en-suite loo and shower, at bargain price (£28). Off-road parking. Decor generally pretty good for a budget hotel. Room was generally clean and tidy, but there was a cobweb and resident spider beside the bed. Small wall-mounted TV with analogue channels only. Carpets outside bedrooms are rather worn. |

The price was excellent, I didn't expect much for £25 a person but was very happily surprised. The size of my room was great (it was a twin), although my son's single roon was very poky in comparison. The facilities otherwise were fine. The breakfasts (including the vegetarian version) were lovely and the foriegn sounding young lady receptionist/waitress (she did everything!) was very friendly. The curtain was falling off the rail as hooks were missing, the lights failed a couple of times in the evening, and there was no Gideon Bible in the room. If we were less mobile the stairs would have been a problem- we were about 3 floors up |
