We found the Denewood Hotel very friendly and comfortable; our family room was huge and had sea views from both windows. Nina went out of her way to help settle us in and make sure our breakfasts were tailored to our 6 year old daughter's taste (German, with no ham, but extra cheese!), and my french breakfast was delicous, as was the hot chocolate. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Bournmouth, particularly if they wanted to be close to the beach. Room was at the far end of the second floor - but the sea views made up up for the trek! Decor a little dated, but everything seemed very clean.

For us it was a perfect location. One night stay . 500 yrds left to a steak house .500 yrds right to the O2 Academy which is why we were there. Spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere. Nothing .

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is very well placed for both shopping and the beach. Free off street parking and free wifi were great. Lovely breakfast. Nothing in particular

Staff were very helpfull and informative when they met and greeted me. Hotel went out of the way to provide food to take away when i said i couldnt wait for breakfast.

Nadia made us most welcome,the room was large and very clean.Its a quiet hotel even though it was full.my dog was welcome and the full English breakfast was superb.This is an excellent hotel.

Warm &friendly, clean, handy for shops & beach & wonder flat walk to Bournemouth. No lift to top floor, which consisted of 42 stairs, very demanding for us oldies.

Room was clean and roomy. Handy for beach. Shower was tiny and no where to put shampoo etc. Only one rasher of bacon at breakfast when two would have been preferable

The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very large and extremely comfy. Hotel is close to the beach and with plenty of parking. Coffee at breakfast was too strong although everyone's taste is different. The room was in need of updating and the water from the taps was a browny yellow.

friendly staff, clean, and excellent value for money (I booked well in advance, so got a discount). Nice lounge as well, and staff happy to look after my bag for the day, after I had checked out. Breakfast too early (especially for a saturday), so I missed it, which was annoying.

The staff were great, the bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfy. there was even 2 pillows! The shower inthe large bathroom was brilliant. And there was plenty of tea and coffee available in the room as well as biscuits. There was a wide choice for breakfast and plenty of it. It was less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The fried egg on my english breakfast wasn't quite cooked enough!
