Comfortable, convenient, a good base from which to explore the city. Lots to do within walking distance.

A little on the noisy side mainly due to traffic. Would benefit from double glazing.

it was ideal for the museums which was the purpose of our visit and the room was amazing, plenty big enough for the four of us. we would definately stay there again

Though fully booked, the staff managed to get me another room when curtains broke and fell down in my suite. Much appreciated.

It was quiet, very clean and near to the Tube station and restuarants. The breakfast time was better than most , not finishing too early. Check out time was also not too early.

No fire escape instructions in room

Good location but dreadful staff, very tiny room and extremely poor quality with non-functioning bulbs,loose floor tiles and a bathroom out of the 70's....I couldnt believe it! Appalling Hotel...Do Not Go Here!. Kensington is sullied by such a dreadful place. I had a bad feeling once I saw the astroturf outside ...need I say more?

Poor English speaking of staff. Staff aggressive stance on smoking in my room when i had booked a smoking room and showed them the documentation to prove it! Very old Hotel, clearly not updated or upgraded in many many years. Cheap but not worth it!

location near tube station and central london was good.

as above rooms ,to the front noice from traffic ,unable to control heating in room.

We are a family of four and got a very big room, with two bathrooms (room 205). Our room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet.

Ease of access and proximity to the transport system

Yes the curtains kept falling off. Only I am tall and reasonably capable with my hands this would have been a great problem.

We were booked into the Goodwood Suite, which worked very well for our family of four. An added bonus was the 2 bathrooms in the suite. We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation, and although it was expensive, it suited us much better than taking 2 double rooms. The location near a very versatile underground stations also was very convenient.

When I tried to order taxi in morining I leaving, in reception I was told that I have to do it myself from brochure on desk. When I took it there was no phone number even.

Prettige ontvangst vroeg in de ochtend, mogelijkheid de bagage achter te laten. Uitstekend continentaal ontbijt (in de prijs inbegrepen). Kamer aan de achterzijde gevraagd en gekregen. Ruime gezinskamer, erg netjes. Goede ligging. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit!

Wat stuurse mensen aan de receptie, wel goede info ivm taxi enz. De kamerdie wij hadden heeft dringend onderjoud van de badkamer nodig. Dit is een algemene indruk: ook de (vroeger erg mooie?) tuin ligt er desolaat bij, en er is algemeen wat renovatie wenselijk. Als je -zoals wij- in de sous-sol gelogeerd bent in een 'suite' (alle familiekamers?), dan hoor je tot 00.45 en vanaf 06.00 de metro voobijdenderen...

Maksuni ei ollut mennyt perille eikä hotelli ollut ilmoittanut siitä minulle etukäteen, niinpä saapuessani hotelliin jouduin maksamaan huoneen. Onneksi minulla oli luottokortti mukana, käteisellä en olisi pystynyt niin isoa maksua maksamaan. Osa respan henkilökunnasta oli epäystävällistä.
