We are a family of four and got a very big room, with two bathrooms (room 205). Our room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet. |

Location - one of the hotels in my favourite district bwn Earl's Court & Gloucester Road stations. Joseph on reception was nice and helped several times, he could be a good concierge! I had a family room for single use and that was nice) but only for the size of the room. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast is very poor and the quality of food is low. Glasses for juice is a thing that any 3 star hotel can afford (instead there are plastic cups). Coffee is just awful. Internet is 1 pound for 10 minutes - expensive, especially when there are more hotels giving free access to internet in the premises. Old floor in the room and TV showing well only one programme!! Old tiles in the bathroom. |

Ease of access and proximity to the transport system Yes the curtains kept falling off. Only I am tall and reasonably capable with my hands this would have been a great problem. |

We were booked into the Goodwood Suite, which worked very well for our family of four. An added bonus was the 2 bathrooms in the suite. We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation, and although it was expensive, it suited us much better than taking 2 double rooms. The location near a very versatile underground stations also was very convenient. |

Very nice room When I tried to order taxi in morining I leaving, in reception I was told that I have to do it myself from brochure on desk. When I took it there was no phone number even. |

The staff was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is extremely close to the tube station. This was a huge plus as I was traveling alone with two young children. No, the hotel was great, and I would definitely stay there again. |

the bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant Shabby fixtures and fittings in the ensuite bathroom. Curtains too small for the windows. No local information in the room. |
