Very clean, warm welcome from Chris, Comfy beds.
Think for the price paid breakfast should be included.
A bit noisy due to outside traffic and other guest houses
Breakfast wasn't included
i dont no if i paid for this or not as it was cancelled a week before we was due to arrive, they recommended an other hotel via your selves but a mix up in communication meant we couldnt stay there either but they found us another hotel which was fine, the owner of the derwent rang me to apologise which was nice off him
the lack off communication on your part and other hotel i was offered,i was called on sunday dinner time by 1 of your staff and my mom talk the call and told your staff i would talk other hotel but this information wasnt passed on,i only found out myself when i rang the hotel myself, they sorted me another hotel who was a friend of theres, all i want to no is if original hotel was paid for cos we had to pay again and would like a refund if we did
Very welcoming and helpfull staff, great comfortable room would stay again
Very clean and friendly, comfy bed
Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble, even though no evening meals we were allowed to bring food back and eat in the breakfast area, Even knives forks and plates were availble, other hoteliers should take note on this owners maners, Customer service and how to make a guest welcome, beds are very comfy overall amost enjoyable stay.
Hard to find any negatives, noisy guests lack of respect coming in but cannot fault the owner for that and it was only briefly.
bed comfortable and they had hair dryer which was great
shower cubicle was too small for my husband and he struggled to us it.
Good location two ladies looking after the place where very chatty and welcoming
Rooms small, didn't get asked about breakfast we got given it without being asked for any requests ie don't like eggs but was given them !
the lady who was covering for the owner while we where there was brilliant. she was so welcoming friendly, she always mad sure our 10 month old son had enough food at breakfast and i felt there was nothing to much to ask for
the room was a little small but there was enough room to put the cot so we didnt really mind. finding somewhere to park was hard
The staff were very friendly
Small improvement could be extending the wifi to the rooms
Good location, really friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but very good value for money.
The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
cleanness location & price
Cleanliness, view, atmosphere
I only stayed one night
I liked the welcome and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the £5 extra. The cool basement bar was great too with good prices. Chris & Rob were a great couple with a great B&B central to Blackpool, I would definitely stay here again. They even did a special breakfast for my fussy son who only eats sausages and beans on a full English so he got 4 yummy sausages and beans. Thanks
Nothing. All I would say though is that an advertised B&B would be better advertising B&B rates of £125 per room for 5 people, rather than £100 as I initially thought the price included breakfast. Breakfast was an extra £5 per person and well worth it
