Sauna jacuzzi and steam room were lovely. Bistro had a lovely atmosphere. Interconnecting hotels an excellect idea. Staff wonderful the best bit!
Cold pool not very heated. Alberts bar a bit plain. Hotel a bit jaded in need of updating. Restaurant herds you together a bit too closely together for meals tables need to be spaced further apart as felt very cramped
loads of parking polite and friendly staff good location
miles of narrow dated corridors
Room was a bit cramped for three of us.......
We were really pleasantly surprised with the hotel, food, entertainment and location. We particularly enjoyed the pool and spa which we were able to visit daily. The outdoor pool looked great too, although we were a little late in the year to enjoy this. The food at the Aztec Loinge was excellent.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Ther was plenty of choice in terms if what to do at the hotel.
its very central .enjoyed our break
very noisy due to traffic. could improve with double glazing.
Room Breakfasts. Aztec Restaurant and bar Spa and pool Cleanliness Ample parking Polite staff Closeness to town center.
Location, Helpful staff.good evening entertainment .Excellant quality meals and service.Room clean.
Found bar prices were expensive
excellent staff excellent rooms excellent food excellent entertainment excellent parking
All of it
The reception staff and all others were helpful. Food was adequate and filling. room comfortable. enjoyed entertainment in the evening. had a nice stay Thank you.
Arived at the same time as a coach, absolute chaos in the reception with people rushing and crowding the lifts Why no control by staff? parking was difficult- wife disabled no room to get in the car and no disabled spaces.
All of the staff were excellent, in particular Mike in the dining room as nothing was to much trouble for him. Bedroom was spotless and well equipped with towels etc, and was very quiet even though we overlooked the main road.
some of the carpets in corridors and on stairs need replacing as they were frayed and some had tape covering holes
steep steps up to entrance.
We liked being able to wander between all of the complex and people watching. Nice relaxed atmosphere. we enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the new year
walking miles to our room and waiting ages for the lift. Also walking a long way to our car,all minor really.
Excellent facilities lovely staff very friendly, situation of hotel was good near seafront and shops,we ate in the bistro bar in the evening and the food was lovely.breakfast very good great choice.would stay here again.
Bedroom was bit small bit claustrophobic.no biscuits on tea tray, however everything was in the room we needed, shower was good.cleaning was good except for one day when it looked as if it had just been given a cursory glance, which was disappointing as the rest of the week the cleaning was good, did see a young cleaner sitting around chatting to another cleaner while the other cleaner was working her socks off.
Swimming pool, jaccuzzi
Room a bit small
We booked a twin room the 2 beds were together as a double . The room was too small to seperate them . I would call it a single . Also there were long blonde hairs stuck on the carpet and the bin in bathroom had not been emptied.
The swimming was lush. I had a facial in the spa and that was amazing . The staff are really happy to help. and its only about a 10 minute walk from the town.
I would say there is anything I didn't like. A couple things I spotted was; I feel like it hotel (resort) Is attracted more by the older generation, and the hall and the stair ways are a bit out dated.
Small en suite no bath. Dirty mirrors. Both bins full from previous day! Kettle had water in. Noisy. Corridors smell and dated
Facilities Entertainment fantastic!! Food quality Cleanliness Friendly Staff
we very much so loved the swimming pools night life and felt very welcome
Convenient location ,good value,pleasant staff
Hot September, lovely, but bedroom too hot!!,poor sleeping environment
The staff were really friendly and helpful
Carpets were abit threadbare in places but didnt spoil our stay
Good food Good staff Good location Comfy bed
Queueing for food Dodgy lift Parking difficult
The Aztec Pool Arena games
The dated décor Lack of room facilities No hairdryer Noise from other guests going to bed Unfriendly staff lack of parking spaces for four hotels in a small area
