Det var rigtig lækkert at bo på Desalis Hotel, gode senge, flot badeværelse, mulighed for kaffte på værelset, venligt personale som bestilte taxa til os. |

Det var meget generende, at der var larm fra - formentlig- vandrørene om natten - det lød som en konstant og vedholdende sirene og gjorde det umuligt at sove ! Vi forsøgte uden held at få personalet til at afhjælpe det 2 gange i løbet af natten. |

Vi skulle kun bruge hotellet til overnatning fordi vores afgang fra Stansted var ret tidlig. Blev meget overrasket over hotellets standart. Fantastisk flot hotel med flink og service mindet personale markedsfør hotellet bedre på internettet. Sælg hotellet bedre, kan godt matche et London city hotel!! |

Ligger for langt væk fra lufthavnen. Intet internet, og dårlig antenneforhold. Intet at lave om aftenen. |

Bortset fra beliggenheden i forhold til annonceringen og oplevelsen af andre gæsters dårlige afhentningsservice var alt udmærket. Annonceringen af beliggenheden i forhold til lufthavnen giver falske forventninger. Det var en dårlig oplevelse, at tre hollandske gæster allrede havde ventet 1½ time på en aftalt afhentningsservice i lufthavnen om aftenen den 19/4, da jeg selv mødte op til aftalt afhentning. Jeg måtte heldigvis kun vente ½ time. |

The hotel is quiet, not next to departure airplanes and not so fare from the airport. That is a good point and make the difference with the hotels which are in the airport. Almost the personnel of the hotel has a very good service to pick-up their client at the airport (7mns after calling) |

When I arrived the lady at reception had a child in her lap she was looking after which meant she could not do check ins that quickly. The waiter at the restaurant said I could put my meal on my room. Only once I had finished did he tell me that there would be a £2 to put the meal on my room if I did not want to pay by credit card. The remote controil for the cheap, small tv did not work and despite someone trying with new batteries it still did not work. I declined the offer to have a new TV bought in as I did not think it necessary. In the morning, however, when I asked for a receipt for my evening meal I was told I could not have one as the printer was broken and was told it unlikely the staff would send me one!??? |

Very helpful and pleasant staff - good communications to Airport. Satisfactory parking arrangments Could have done with a shaver point and haoir dryer in my otherwise very well appointed and comfortable room. |

The Bed was wary big and nice I like the menu and the Break first. The room was clean and the Service perfect friendly. The Internet is for free printing as well. Free tv huge bathroom. And I like most that the hotel has his own bus just for 3 pounds for transfer from or to the Airport. And the windows are good isolating the noise from the air planes. So you can sleep till ..... you need to. The price is good I think. We miss a fly and the reception was 24 h open. The check out is till 12:00 and the best you just leave the Card key on the reception an go. Plus the receptionist ask you when you want to leave and she organise the bus (shuttle) Break first start is 03:00 am. Huge prak place in front hotel. The doors on the room are bit heavy to open and close and it makes some noise to close them the same with the bathroom and you can hear the noise from the hole. I suggest to putt some door-sill and cut a bit from the door or the best solution is padded door. But general I have nothing to complain |

The bar was open until late, and i was offered to have breakfast as early as 4 o' clock. Love the cream carpet and the sink in the bathroom. And interior design very nice and cosy. |

Good clean budget hotel near airport The transfer from airport never turned up and aftre two phone calls and 25 mins of waiting the hotel told us to get a taxi |

Good value for money. Room was good size with tea and coffee in the room. Bed comfortable. Close to the airport but heard no noise. Transfers to the airport start early in the morning. |

A very comfortable, clean & spacious room, charming receptionist who gave warm & welcoming greeting, no problem with very late (after midnight) check in, and shuttle to stansted airport provided (about 7 minutes away) - excellent value & highly recommended! |

Large rooms, taxi service from/to airport quick and efficient. Room was clean, although had with a few minor problems (one side-bed light not working, sink a bit old, furniture "essential"). Nothing to really complaint about, but something you notice (I would recommend the hotel for short stays, maybe not for long ones). |
