Very nice hotel. Close to the airport (Taxi cost me ~8 pounds). Nice staff, good attention, was the only one I found where you can check in at 1 a.m. The breakfast was descent. The price good. The rooms are clean and nice. I have to return to London through Stansted airport and I will definitely return to this place. The water in the bath was not too hot |

I can only regret that my stay was too short so I couldn't enjoy all the facilities of the hotel. Maybe next time I will stay for a longer time and then I will be able to estimate the hotel's services etc. |

One staff member I met was pleasant and efficient. Convenient for Stansted Airport. Spacious room. Over basin light in bathroom had no off switch - seemed to be permanently on. Shower drained slower than if filled so flooding inevitable. |

Nice room, well furnished. Very diligent staff. I thought the continental breakfast was poor. If I had known that a 'full english' was extra, I would have payed the same money and stayed at the Hilton instead. I also think that charging for (overnight) parking when the hotel is off the airport site is ridiculous. |

very quick transfer both ways polite reception staff continental breakfast was good newspapers were welcome after being abroad. the decor was not to my taste and a bit too over the top the the lounge was lovely then it went down hill |

That it met our needs very well. We arrived at Stansted after midnight, called and got transport (not every hotel does this at this hour). Comfortable, quiet room, less than 10 mins from airport. Appreciated tea & coffee facilities in room. Left very early next morning - transported to airport. A smooth and perfect operation. Inexpensive. |

Flexibility of the Chef who served us after hours, thank you. The receptionist was very sharp on the phone to a prospective customer when we arrived and that really put me off. |

Restauraunt was very nice, staff very frendly and available to help if there were any problems dvd player didnt work in room to start with, but to be fair the very helpful staff got it sorted straight away. |

The airport pick up service was extremely prompt both ways which was the main reason for choosing the hotel as I arrived late at night. The room was very comfortable and larger than I expected! Staff were pleasant and helpful. |

Good service in the reception. The breakfast was not too good. And we did not appreciate that we were woken up by trolleys with delivery early in the morning (just outside our window). We did not check in until 1 at night, and we were tired. But we do understand that you must get your supplies. |

Dreadful bed, cheap quality of bed, bedding, room fittings. Unable to have a shower without flooding bathroom because of stupid siting of shower. TV was ancient and tiny. Noise from airport. Hotel in middle of nowhere, Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in better hostels. |

It's close to Stansted Airport. I have used this hotel on and off over the past few years. It is beginning to look shabby, tired looking towels, furry electric kettles but the most annoying thing is the poor transfer service (which isn't free) the hotel offers the guests. I would much rather pay for a taxi to get me to the hotel which is 8 mins, away rather than have to wait more than half an hour for the mininvan to arrive. This has happened to me every time I have booked into the hotel. The staff always say that a driver is on his way and so you wait interminably. If you offer the service the price should be clearly stated and the service efficient, I have witnessed situations that demonstrate the chaotic and haphazard organization of the service, |

Staff where friendly and smiling. Only a 10 min taxi ride from Stanstead Airport so ideal for a 1 night stop over. Huge, spacious room and very comfortable bed. Quiet location - no road or airport noise. Guests had to wait 20 - 30 mins for the manager to arrive to check us in. The decor was modern but the place looked tired. The provided internet computer has a virus. The restaurant/bar area was souless. Food was awful and expensive for what you got. |

The staff were very helpful.Met two wonderful members-aPhillipino receptionst and the Driver who is Romanian,also the barman.Their friendliness stood out. Yes.The morning call system didn't work.Only for the promptness of the staff OI would have slept in.This is a serious issue for most travellers and I cannot understand why it isn't addressed by the management |
