A pleasant place, clean, basic, and importantly cheap. Staff were friendly and was exactly what I needed just for an evenings stop over before flying from stanstead, which is a short 5 min drive away. |

Good service, nice room, good food at the restaurant, good to get early breakfast! Our room was at the front - was a bit noisy with guests coming and going through the night. |

Rooms were good with large bed and decent bathroom. The hotel does not operate a 24 hour reception as it claims to on its website. At 4:30am the airport transfer I had arranged with reception just 5 hours previously did not show up. On trying to contact the reception about this no one was present, no one answered the bell, no one answered the phone, no one was to be seen. This was extremely frustrating as I had a plane to catch and luckily a taxi showed up willing to take me which I was puzzled about but this was still later than had been arranged with the hotel. |

The hotel was situated close to the airport and we were able to park the car for the duration of our holiday. We booked the hotel for one night for the purpose of getting a good nights rest for my two eldery parents prior to our journey to Riga at 0400.Unfortunately due to the position of the smoking area right outside the front door and adjacent to our rooms we got no sleep at all. There was a steady stream of conversation some staff and some guests which I found unsatisfactory. I feel strongy that this issue must be addressed for future guests. |

Very comfortable and clean room and a 'treat' for a weekend break in London. The availablility of a luggage store is a great bonus allowing for early deposit of luggage before checkin and after checkout so that you are free to explore without the added burden. Fabulous theme of the hotel. |

Being able to relax away from the hustle & bustle. Mainly Indian menu.Staff multitasking & therefore service far from efficient at times. Broken bath / shower tap.Poor quality mattress. Rats in grounds. |

Very clean.the guy giving the lift to and from the airport was very nice and polite. Staff at the recption not particularly friendly. Do not ask for a wake up call, you will not get it! No alarm clock in the room. Noone at the reception at 6 am, so no wonder i did not get the wakeup call. Matress needed to be changed. High pitch noise in the room |

It's close enough to Stansted Airport. The hotel should make the terms and conditions to its shutle service more clear at their web page. |
