Clean, Nice kitchen and bedroom. Very close to many activities.

Pull out couch was broken and unusable slept on the floor.

Good location, good facilities. Rooms were big and clean. Very comfortable. Very close to shopping areas (e.g. primark, M&S, H&M), and a short 15 min walk to attractions (e.g. Edinburgh castle, Old Town).

Difficult to find the place in the cold and rain! Asked several people how to get there, but they didn't know how to either. There was hair on the bathroom wall when we first entered the place.

The location was great. It was near to many shop and train station. Also there was a well equipped kitchen for us to prepare our meal.

It was quite far to collect key. We used about 10 mins to collect the key from the train station. And Used about 20 mins to the Flat. We found the key is wrong and used 20 mins getting back the office to change it.

The location was very convenient.

I checked-in on a Sunday evening and discovered that there was work being done to my building. The windows of my flat were blocked by scaffolding and plywood sheets. After complaining I was moved to a new flat on Monday evening, which turned out to have no running water. I few hours later I was moved to a third flat which was acceptable but had several minor problems (I.E., no microwave oven, dishes that were not compatible with the flat's dishwasher, etc).

WiFi didn't work though 2 different keys supplied. Used roasting dish in oven! Someone else's sock in the washing machine!

Early morning noise from 6am,due to deliveries to local shops.Double glazing doesn't make any difference.

None. You need to collect the key in another place a little far from the hotel.

Burden on us to clean apparent on departure especially rubbish disposal without any marked bins for the property

We know Edinburgh and just wanted a couple of days to enjoy the fantastic bars, resturants and shopping it offers, we had a brilliant time.

The entrance stairway, but wouldn't put us off using the apartment again as everything else made up for this.

The flat was excellent, really clean, spacious with great facilities and very comfortable

The entrance hallways could do with some improvement to bring them up to the standard of the flats. The very early morning noise of the pub below emptying last night's bottles!

Gorgeous flat in perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. I went with my 2 best friends and this was perfect for both shopping and nights out. Highly recommended!

A full length mirror in the bedroom would have been Taegu when we were getting ready to go out as there was only one mirror which was in the bathroom in the whole flat

beh forse qualche lavata ai vetri non guasterebbe,inoltre non è facile trovare la struttura in quanto la numerazione civica è carente. esistono addirittura 2 nr 72 south lane.

El haber llegado al mismísimo departamento. Nos ha impresionado gratamente. Amplitud, confort, buena ubicación!

No esta bien especificado el plano para llegar. Uno espera una entrada a un edificio y nada tiene que ver con eso! La entrada sólo una puerta verde (que contrasta muy bien con las paredes casi negras de piedra en un callejón). Las llaves en una caja con combinación y dentro de ella, otra caja con combinación donde se encuentran las llaves! Abrir "esa puerta" y ver una escalera sucia con una alfombra deshecha, hiela los huesos al pensar: "Que me espera más adelante"!!!!!! Pero al llegar al departamento, cambia totalmente todo y uno respira!!!!!

Litt mugglukt i leilihetene. (vi leide 2 leiligheter) og den ene krana på det ene badet var istykker.

I liked everything about this hotel. GREAT location right off of Rose Street! Very large suite with kitchen and den as well as bed and bath. Very clean. Good folks that met us at a Starbucks on a Saturday evening and walked us to our room.

The early morning trash removal process in the street behind the building is a bit loud and annoying.

Bien ubicado, bien equipado y confortable. Decoración bonita. Cocina y baños nuevos. A un paso de princess street.

Los apartamentos se venden como para grupos, pero en verdad solo son aptas para dormir la cama doble de matrimonio. Los plegatines están rotos y son muy incómodos. El sofá cama está roto. El edificio tiene un andamio enfrente con obreros que trabajan desde primera hora de la mañana. El check inn es muy incómodo porque te obligan a ir a buscar las llaves a una oficina a 20 minutos andando. El check out no ofrece ninguna opción de guardar las maletas. Te obligan a abandonar el apartamento con las maletas a las 11 am.

Entrada do prédio imunda, prédio sujo, apartamento mau cheiroso. Maquina de lavar roupa sem secadora, falta maquina de lavar prato, faltam produtos para lavar roupa, janelas não abrem, falta elevador. Não repito nem indico a ninguem.

la posizione è ottima, l'appartamento è veramente bello e funzionale. ci sono tutti i confort necessari. l'estetica della palazzina fa impressione, all'inizio pensi che sei capitato male, ma quando entri in casa ti riprendi.

chi non parla inglese non deve prenotare questo albergo. non c'è reception o personale che ti assiste. anche per avere le chiavi devi fare tutto al telefono. una sera mi è saltata la wi fi e per comunicare con loro ho dovuto mandare un sms in italia e far mandare una mail al mio posto in inglese chiedendo di farmela riattivare!!!

Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava, jossa oli keittiö. Pesukonekin oli, mutta sitä ei tarvittu.

Se että sitä etsittiin yli neljä tuntia! Varauksen kartassa on paikka merkitty väärään kohtaan, koska saman nimisiä kadun mutkia olikin siellä neljä! Mentiin kaikki läpi, mutta missään ei lukenut mitään. Varauksen numeroon ei vastattu. Hätänumeroon ei vastattu. Bookingin kautta sitten infottiin, että pitää hakea avain officesta, koska ei ole officetime?! Missään ei infottu, että huoneistossa ei olekaan vastaanottoa ja officetime ei olekaan checkin aika! Officen osoite oli Nicolson Streetillä, joten sinne joutui meneen taksilla. Mentiin jokainen liike läpi ja missään ei lukenut mitään destiny scotlandiin tai rose street flatsiin viittaavaa. kahvilassa päästiin nettiin missä luki, että osoiten on Nicolson Street 125, mutta siinä oleva paikka oli lukittuna ja paikka oli eri niminenkin. en vain enää muista mitä siinä luki.Toisella kertaa kun soitettiin bookingiin niin alkoi selvitys, ja että saataisiin avain jostain baarista ja taas mentiin taksilla. Siellä ei voitu saada avainta pelkän bookingin varauspaperin kanssa ja ilmeisesti meidän varaus ei ollut mennyt heille asti muutenkaan. En tiedä kumpi oli tehnyt moan. booking vai destiny scotland. No lopulta vaan saatiin avain käteen ja ohjeet huoneistoon. Huoneiston ulko-ovi oli vihreä, missä ei tosiaan lukenut yhtään mitään. Joten oltiin pari kertaa menty siitä jo aikaisemmin päivällä ohi. Eli huoneiston sisällä olevassa infossa luki sitten, että office on kiinni lauantaina ja sunnuntaina ja että silloin tarvii soittaa hätänumeroon. Harmi vaan kun tätä ei ollut infottu varauspaperissa, ja sitä erittäin tärkeää hätänumeroakaan ei ollut mainittu!!! Mutta eipä sieltä hätänumerostakaan vastattu, vaikka yritettiin moneen kertaan ja jätettiin viesti vastaajaan, joten PALVELU EI TODELLAKAAN OLLUT HYVÄÄ.

Apartamento muy confortable. No esperes servicio de recepcionista porque no existe, son pisos reformados q los alquilan, eso sí, muy bien equipados para poder hacer vida en ellos.
