A 15-minute stroll from the shores of the famous loch sits the Innkeeper’s Lodge Loch Lomond.
Score from 233 reviews Very good
Located in the picturesque village of Luss within Loch Lomond National Park, this 4-star hotel is just a 25-minute drive from Glasgow Airport.
Score from 531 reviews Very good
On the banks of Loch Lomond, this modern inn offers rooms within the main hotel building and contemporary individually designed rooms in the Beach House.
Score from 689 reviews Very good
Just 6 miles from the foot of Ben Lomond, this friendly 4-star hotel has a quiet location, on the shores of Loch Ard. It has a spa, a select menu of wines and whiskies, and an on-site activity centre....
Score from 221 reviews Very good
Everything from location to facilities, food places and staff, very helpful.
Nothing,it is a bit expensive but worth experiencing it.
The room was to dark to put your make up on in.
The setting is wonderful and on the whole the staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. The facilities are very good and were exactly what one would expect from a prestiege establishment.
A simple thing but one morning there was no tomato juice on display at breakfast. I requested some and was told there was not any which in itself is not what one would expect from an up-market hotel. I asked if they couldd get some from the bar but was told this was not allowed which again was disappointing. A blip was encountered on my final account but was rectified later. All in all though it was an enjoyable stay.

Great distances to walk
Fantastic arrival greeting, quality of food, quality of service, quality of rooms, unbelievable fitness Centre and pretty much everything else that CH has to offer
having to leave!!!
From the moment you pull up outside the hotel the staff are friendly and welcoming. Hotel is beautifully decorated and nothing is too much trouble. Worth paying the extra for the loch view.
Me and my girlfriend have spent last day in Scotland in this wonderful 5 stars hotel, and, believe me, it was completely wort! The building is modeled as a castle and includes all the activities you could think of during your stay along the lake. Probably you would rather stay longer than one day for fully enjoying the three restaurants, the swimming pool, the gymn, golf and so on, even if in this case you could spend all your monthly salary, at least… definitely suggested for who wants make ourself a memorable gift!
Cleanliness Speed of service Lack of service Lack of visible management Food very average
Great location, fantastic views
Very expensive, very dark decor
Very nice hotel 3rd time round bit expensive and the food ain't all that as they hospitalised to be
The food isn't all that! It's too expensive for what it is
Hotel, staff, gym, food and drink were all of a high standard, everything just oozed class
We thought we had upgraded prior to arrival, but were informed on arrival that this was just a request and they were unfortunately all out of loch view rooms.
friendliness of staff
The Carrick Spa is amazing!
The room was clean, the hotel was beautiful, and the location was amazing , beautiful scenery.
I suggest opening a coffee shop, other than the bar, preferably overlooking the loch. I was looking for one and the staff told me that the bar sells coffee. Even though the view from the bar windows was spectacular, I didn't feel comfortable sitting in a bar as I don't drink alcohol. I also suggest a seating area looking over the loch, with some kind of roof or shade in case of rain.
Loved everything from our arrival to our departure the staff made it extra special for my husbands birthday. Would definitely book again!!

Poor wi-fi for an otherwise perfect stay
Very nice property. The bell men are outstanding.
VERY poor service in the lounge. Mediocre meals. One meal at the Boat House was horrible. The swordfish had a terrible odor and was sent back. We were also disappointed that the experience wasn't quite what we expected of a luxury hotel
We have visited the grounds several times and dreamed of staying there each time. Finally we took the plunge and it was better than expected! Cant fault anything about it and encourage you try it at least once in your life.
Beau beautyfull place
I've book for four nights and the fourth was double rated that's a larceny!!!
Very nice hotel.
A bit isolated from the town. Food will be limited to hotel's restaurant if you have no car.
Location, facilities and bars/restaurants
Paying for taxis to Balloch, poor coordination of services and the overall look and feel were dated and the temperature too warm internally due to the pool
The setting, the staff and being looked after so well. Nothing was a problem, and everyone was so friendly.
The under floor heating in the bath/wet room was a bit too warm.
The Location and the setting is fabulous.
The wee demon golf course is sold as a short 9 hole course, but it is less than that and very poorly maintained. A Hotel of this standing should be able to offer better than that, especially given the quality of the Carrick . The valet parking although very nice is very time consuming especially when you need to go in and out.
