Friendly and helpful staff, good English breakfast. I am sorry to say that I felt the room was looking very tired in terms of decoration and quality. The hotel seemed very dull and many lights were either missing or not functioning. |

Excellent customer service by reception staff and room service. The food was generally very good. Shower could have been more powerful! |

I much appreciate lesure club ,especially healt sport , living in the hotel also quit and hotel staff are very kind i ve one note , it's better if we have more various food meals , exemple vegetarian and dayet food |

Rooms were quite nice and well presented Heating switched off at 9pm so room was cold (even with additional blanket and electric heater from reception). Breakfast is not included in the price which is unusual for a 4-star hotel |

the staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly, couldnt do enough for you They charged you for use of towels in the health complex |

The service by the staff was excellent, the location was also accessable for activities and town centre, We found the choice of menues very good and the food was excellent. |

the pool and sauna etc were brilliant hotel is on a complex with a pizza hut, lazer quest, cinema etc so not the nicest setting! |

the hotel was easy to find close to ten pin bowling nice pool, clean room,room was very nice, staff were more than helpfull food was very good value. have stayed in 5 star hotels and not had the service off the staff as i had here. it was to warm. |

The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. There are various outdoor areas for cofee etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not situated in a place for wandering on foot, but ideally placed for trips round the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money. |

It was only a brief stay but right from checking in the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. Room was excellent too, as well as the leisure facilities. |

good staff, good breakfast. We stayed whilst visiting family in Swindon so did not use any facilities The only problem was the pillows - far too thick , all our family members staying made tjhe same comment. We were a party of 12 |

The Spa. Good food In general most public arears are looking a bit tired and need active mantenance - the walls in dining room dirty - the fish tank needs a good clean- the room had cobwebs in the corners skirting had not been hoovered -broken switch in bath room -Needs better maintanance ? |

Very pleasant and relaxing. The staff are excellent and nothing is to much trouble for them. The room was very nice and excellent facillities here at Shaw Ridge De Vere. A little to warm in the corridors and room. |
