The bar was a nice area and the foyer is very impressive. Good area for shopping. Banging doors. Rude staff. Pool tiny. |

Convenience of location, comfortable room overlooking the stadium and frienliness of the staff. The hotel had a nice ambience. We were not very impressed with the restaurant. Expensive for mediocre food and poor choice of wine - mainly new world wine of not very good quality. |

The facilities, helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of the rooms are exemplary. I have stayed here several times for business meetings in the Reebok stadium but would certainly stay here if I were on a leisure break with my family. |

The stay was very enjoyable. The only thing I would complain about was the cost of food in the bar and restaurant. It was extortinate. Nearly £10 for burger and chips and the colour schemes used in the decorations looked a bit sickly yellow |

The novelty of staying in part of a football stadium and the friendliness of the staff. There was a Concierge called John who was extremely helpful and gave my husband and I a talk on the Reebok Stadium from the Reflections restaurant. He was extremely obliging. The bedroom itself was clean. The bathroom was a little shabby. The grouting around the floor and wall tiles was either grubby or worn and needs updating. The breakfast wasn't brilliant considering it cost us £7.50 each. The food wasn't very good quality. We had room service and were disappointed with the food we had for the price we paid. |

A good hotel with a difference, a suite overlooking a Premiership football pitch. The unceretain lty of being told your reseravtion was not on record and thje hotel was full. Only presentation of a copy of the Booking.com reseravtiopn won the day. |

The staff were friendly enough, and were helpful when asked. The decor is tacky. The bed-throw had white stains on it. |

Modern, clean Hotel, spacious room. Pleasant staff. Even though we stayed during a match day and security were monitoring the entrance and bar it did not impose on our stay. Going again this Easter. |

Great bar meals, friendly staff, plenty of free parking, good location just off M61, modern building Breakfast was poor - several items cold, long wait for coffee, duty manager was disinterested in customer comments. |

The hotel was very clean and the bed was huge, parking excellent and staff pleasant The room was small considering the size of the bed and the coffee tray very uninspiring. The glasses in the room were stained and still wet!! The breakfast was ok but not very hot including the coffee which was just warm and the cold selection was very limited |

The rooms were nice When we checked in they had no record of our booking luckily we had printed off the confirmation. We thought that when we made the reservation that breakfast was included but was charged an extra £15.00 |
