Score from 347 reviews Good
During our stay I enjoyed sitting in the lounge watching the traffic go by. The pool was very clean but limited privacy for changing facilities.well signed. The hotel has certainly improved since our last visit.
The cost of drink. Breakfast was expensive. Upholstery needs attention.
Love the great selection on choice for breakfast
Tv reception isn't too good although good to see TVs have been updated Downside to having a Room too near the bar area heard all what was going on
Great staff, Great food and drink. Good location.Comfortable room. Will definitely return.
Rooms and some areas a little dark due to the hotel being part of a football stadium.
The room and breakfast where nice
I was part of a bridal party, the bride didn't have a very good start to her weekend due to checkin being delayed with no explanation
All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, everthing is clean and modern with good amenities.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the view onto the football pitch was fantastic.
Breakfast was not continental enough for the price
Friendly staff in the restaurant, enjoyed evening meal. Very quick to replace broken hair dryer .
Staff at reception on checkout. Offhand and unprofessional, reluctant to explain final bill.
No DVD player
Location was good
Noisy on the road side. Why do you not have single beds on the pitch view???
Beautiful hotel, staff went out of their way to meet our requirements and made us feel very welcome.
It is a very clean hotel, HOWEVER, I unfortunately managed to find a towel in the bathroom with a big stain on it. That's why "Cleanliness" is not "Excellent" for me.
The leisure centre
The size of the beds were slightly small
Food Swimming pool Easy parking Great room & bed
it does not hurt to leave an extra towel...
The hotel was great checking in was effortless even though we were late arriving Staff very friendly and efficient Will stay again and recommend to friends
Rooms overlooking the pitch Staff were friendly Nice pool
Very welcoming and helpful staff, any request was dealt with straight away. The hairdresser came in an hour early to do my hair for a wedding and she did an amazing job.
Pillows uncomfortable so didn't sleep well.
i didnt like it coz we had th score board in front of are window so we couldnt watch the match and all it was cold during the night .
Very good if you are staying to take in the football at Bolton. Rooms very comfortable and good to be able to relax in the pool, or bar before and after the game, as it only takes 5 mins to get in and out of the stadium and back to the hotel.
Previously it was a feature of the hotel, to sit in the restaurant and look out over the pitch. This has now changed and the restaurant has moved downstairs, leaving this great attraction unused, which seemed a waste.
internal room so could not open window and i like fresh air
We got an upgrade with a great view
Very Hot in hotel
Friendly atmosphere..lovely bar area with attentive staff.
Breakfast very good but a little pricey if you do not have a cooked breakfast.
Up-graded room was significantly larger than the standard double making it more comfortable.
Television kept switching off & some channels had a terrible reception making them unwatchable. No offer of pitch side rooms even with the up grade, & very limited champagne actually available at the bar despite the selection offered on the wine list.
spa and room
that breakfast was not included in the stay
The room was pitch side . Always clean and food good
Apart from waitress who spill drinks all over me nothing
