Facilities and room were excellent
There was a noise outside the room from 2 am onwards that sounded like a chainsaw
Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great value for money. Would stay again and upgrade to a room overlooking the football pitch.
the reception staff were very helpful and polite as we travel up there every two weeks and as we only stay there so wouldint falt anything
Everything, upgraded to pitchview room, room was excellent, food was very good, service polite, attentive and quick.
Warm air vent was a little noisy, but bearable
From driving through the carpark looking at the stunning reception smartley dress staff, entering reception too a warm welcome, the staff are more than happy too go the extra mile for you, rooms very clean, outstanding hotel. Well done too managers and staff.

Everything I worked for De Vere for 20 yrs just retired
Didn't know the kettle was in the draw
everything about the whole exsperience
having to go home
From reception to the bar staff everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Being charged twice for breakfast...and I don't think this is the first time this has happened.
Staff helpful, room comfortable
Very nice clean hotel staff really good.
Tv had a mind of its own
breakfast was a treat. brilliant rooms, staff very helpful and curteous and friendly.
celabrating my daughters wedding and we thought off finishing the night at the hotel. getting refused a drink as we had been there about one hour. I was unsure what I had done wrong.this put a sour end to a brilliant day.
The hotel was very quite and peaceful Witch was really nice and relaxing we loved the room with the football pitch view and how clean and relaxing the room was and the shopping complex behind the stadium was really good to it only took 5 minutes to walk from the hotel and were spoilt for choice for food and shopping
Sometimes things go wrong and it's how staff deal with these things that makes all the difference. I always travel with my own coffee and French press. When I got up on the 2nd morning, I noticed it had disappeared. However, one of the room service staff offered to make me a pot of fresh coffee free. Later, the housekeeper took my number and called me back after she had investigated. She offered to replace it. This is the sign of a good hotel.
The pool was a bit cold. It said on the board that the temperature was 30 but there is no way.
the facilities were second to none
hotel was like a maze
Large room - friendly, helpful staff
Away from town but hotel brasserie was good
A great 3 night stay, comfortable room and all the amenities you'd expect. Nice little pool and jacuzzi and a brilliant steam room!
Just a bit too far from where we needed to get too but that's not a criticism of the hotel.
Not many healthy options for breakfast. But for £10 reasonable value.
Swimming pool it is quiet at night so u can relax as much as u want
Staff food prices the whole hotel experience
Room clean, staff very polite and the whole hotel had a nice ambiance.
Bar a little pricey. Soiled sofa in the room.
Location was good with close by train station linking you to all the major stops in Manchester/Lancashire/Merseyside. Room was brilliant for £64 for the night. Food was quality for the price paid. Hotel clean, modern looking and spacious.
Staff didnt seem very clicked on when asked basic things. I had to tell the lady at the bar 5 times what drink I wanted. Each time she would nod, go do something else while I waited then she'd come back and ask what I wanted. Not sure what she was up to as I pointed each time to what I wanted as well as saying it. Also night hand at the bar lied about the 24/7 room service when we asked if we could get some snacks/drinks later on in the evening after bar/restaurant had shut. Again not sure what his game was but seemed like he just wanted a quiet night. Staff at reception the exception, but kitchen/bar staff terrible.
This is without doubt the best value hotel that i have stayed in. Ample free parking, top class staff, high speed free wifi-none of that restricted rubbish, great room with a pitch view, excellent facilities, mineral water and bath robes privided in the room
Remember to check the prices in the salon before you get a haircut or you might be in for a bit of a shock
pool was empty, bedroom was quiet, breakfast was plentiful. Fitness staff were great.
we ordered breakfast at 1am, having been told if we pre-order it would be cheaper. It wasn't, which was quite an expensive shock on leaving. Unfortunately we found the reception staff ill informed or in-experienced.
