Nice clean hotel and helpful staff. Plenty of parking
This hotels was excellent in every aspect, couldn't be negative about a single thing.
I liked everything
There was nothing to dislike. Just love staying here. Brill!
Convenient, friendly and clean.
The TV did not function properly and kept switching itself off every 30 or 30 minutes.
The staff where all brilliant.
Loved the location as we were attending a wedding, not too far away. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too.
Room was a little tired and not very clean. On first impression it looked ok, but on closer inspection it was quite dirty, skirtings and bathroom were not what you would expect in a hotel.
On booking out we were taken to the viewing room overlooking the pitch. We had never seen a football pitch before and this opportunity just made a lovely stay even better. The lady who showed us around was friendly, informative and very pleasant.
The hotel was good value
The beds was poor quality
comfortable room, clean and pleasant, nice swimming pool
breakfast is a bit overpriced for what you get
Charged £12 for breakfast when it said On booking.com £10
Very friendly staff
Friendly staff, Superb evening meal
Breakfast was poorly prepared
Warm and friendly staff Comfotrtable sofas to sit and watch tv and eat dinner when you don't want to eat alone in a restaurant Retail park 5 mins walk!
The hotel was evidently a 4* from arrival and considering the price, this was not bad for a night's stay. The staff were pleasant and the rooms had everything you would need including iron and board, coffee making facilities and water, room service, bath products etc.
The cleaning could have been better - found a few hairs in bathroom. Also the prices are quite extortionate for add-ons - especially breakfast which cost £12.50 for a small buffet.
My family and I stayed for 1 night, we required 2 twin rooms close to each other, they didn't have any, instead the very helpful chap on reception offered us 1 twin and a double, superior rooms at that, it made our stay very comfortable, he was very helpful and seemed to go the extra mile for us. Thank Bolton Whites.
Any thing reqested was supplied
We stay at Whites Bolton every time we visit our son, partner and baby in Atherton. Always look forward to our stay. Staff polite and friendly at all times. Nothing is too much and to have a hairdresser on site is a bonus and I actually used when visiting for new year.
I would defy anyone to dislike anything. It is perfect in every way.
Well worth the money we paid. Stayed before as bolton fans and it didn't disappoint. Beds comfy staff go that extra mile will not hesitate in going back there...
The warm welcome from Kelsey and andrew. This hotel has it all. Myself and my wife have stayed in many hotels. And this hotel beats them all hands down. Well done Bolton whites hotel. Paul and Steph.
