The location is good.

The room for three is very small. It is very cold in the night.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower wasn't great, not much water pressure. But this is a minor issue.

This place is fantastic. Can not recommend it more. Perfect little guest house.

Everything was - 'Fantastic, Fantastic and Fantastic' :) Lovely people, very friendly. Comfortable rooms and facilities. The sea facing guest house is aweosme.

It was exactly what i was lookig for, right on the seafront, good facilities, clean, friendly stuff, good value for money.

The Hotel was excellent particularly when compared to the Glevdon Park Hotel down the road. Clean, with friendly staff, and a nice breakfast thrown in at a very reasonable price. STAY AWAY FROM GLEVDON!!!!!

Most things outside of the Hotel. Swansea is a dull dull place where enthusiasm goes to die.

The hotel is idealy situated, and the owners are very friendly and hospitable. Nothing was a problem for them

Excellent place to stay, very clean and well set out. Breakfast was pretty good and have nothing to complain about. Staff extremely friendly.

I staff/owners made you feel very welcome. The hotel is very warm and friendly and the owners like to make the visitors feel at home. They put effort into making sure the rooms and facilities are clean and ready to use. It's a stand out hotel.

Checkout times could have been longer. Maybe by an extra hour or two. Minor though.

Good location and hospitality

The shower took so long to heat up which it never did, going hot and cold constantly, that I gave up with it! A shame the coffee jug on top of the percolator at breakfast was filled with instant coffee, a disappointing surprise!

Very warm welcome; friendly and helpful staff; Despite initial concerns (see below) I had a great night's sleep and the traffic noise did not keep me awake or wake me up! in fact I overslept so must have been comfy! Continental Breakfast fine. when I left boots there there staff were great at going to look for me and finding them for me.

Bearing in mind the budget price - room was small, the sea view was through a rather small window, and the room was on the main road so traffic was loud at times. But I'd say it was value for mone, and would recommend to someone on a restricted budget. Very wet bath mat on floor of bathroom - tricky when bathroom is shared to avoid this.

Pleasent, comfortable, nice view of the bay.

Staff great, friendly and helpful, good value for a stay in a busy spot, beach location handy, 5/10min walk from city centre, breakfast was happy with, good nites sleep.

Lovely warm welcome got a bath which i had Asked for but not really expected right on seafront roomlovely and warm quiet huge choice for breakfast

Too far from where i live for an easy weekend!
