Staff very friendly and helpful Close to the sea Plenty of parking
Room a bit tired Unable to control temperature of shower so didn't have one Didnt sleep all night walls very thin could hear the people in the next room all night I.e snoring
Friendly. Good food. Clean and comfortable
Lift outside my room was noisy
Very helpful staff
Breakfast was OK Some of the items had obviously been kept hot in a warm area. slightly dry. Dinner was poor . Fish and potatoes over cooked . Bread and butter pudding had been in a microwave . Room had nice view but was looking tired . Water pressure very poor so shower was not good. Room very hot
Great space. Excellent receptionist. Very good price indeed. Facilities very good. Will definitely use again.
A little old and tired, but not important. The breakfast staff aren't the most polite, or happiest I have met - but the food made up for their poor behaviour.
Whilst we only booked to stay one night, the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel grounds are pleasant and facilities good.
The room we had was a little tired in decoration but very clean and tidy.
I'am very upset because I've not got clean room I report it over the reception no action seen
Booked a 1 night stay,it wasn't long enough. The hotel facilities were excellent, the kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. A short walk through the well kept gardens and you were on the beach. Staff were all friendly and informative, excellent breakfast. Would definitely return, hopefully for a longer break.
Swimming pool and parking. Food in the restaurant is good.
Internet was out for the whole time (three days) we stayed. Location - need to drive to everything
tennis court hotel grounds good
bedroom expensive and very tired need to be refurbished
room decor a bit dated. difficult car parking with hotel full at bank holiday weekend.
Location. Large room. Sea view Able to park the car. Good breakfast in bright dining room. pleasant staff in dining room. pleasant welcome from young man on reception. Lovely grounds
Maybe some up dating is required
The apartments are very similar, comfortable but now a bit faded. The leisure complex and outdoor facilities are good. The breakfasts are fabulous. Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.
It did not detract from our stay but some furniture and fixtures and fittings are drab and need replacing.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The Cooked breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented but the breakfast buffet should include some fresh fruit.
The indoor Leisure facilities are a bit "tired" and could do with some modernisation the gym is a useful facility but very cramped and quite claustrophobic. Parking area is very tight if you don't have a small car.
Friendly staff and good restaurant. Plenty of space in the apartment.
Terrible water pressure resulting in no showers. Despite continual requests to improve the showers, the reason given as "being at the end of the line and this is normal" was not acceptable. When an apartment has 2 bathrooms but unable to use either shower, this was a severe let down for the stay. Having to bath instead was not a good option. Probably the worst showers in a hotel ever encountered throughout my global travels.
Location: 10 min walk along the boulevard to city centre and harbour, 5 minutes to the beach. Indoor swimming pool, execellent leisure facilities, beatiful garden with puts an croquet.
Beakfast not included.
Pleasant staff, free wifi. Good location.
The room was very grubby. Furniture threadbare & far too bulky for the room size. The bin in the kitchen area was full of stale food & smelled bad. The toilet had a huge crack on the top of the cistern. We requested clean towels but did not receive them. Instead, when we returned to the room, original towels had been folded & left on the bed. Hotel lift very dirty. No safe in the room. Breakfast disappointing. We noticed that clean linen, destined for bed changes, left outside rooms on the carpet where people walk without plastic/protection. Very unhygienic! The room & hotel would have benefited from a thorough clean.
We stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment with my parents, it was very spacious and had everything you would need. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and we wished we had booked to stay longer. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely go back.
The staff, particularly the reception staff, we're very helpful and polite. The self catering rooms we had were clean and tidy and big though perhaps stuck a little in the 1970s. The pool was brilliant and the gardens were beautiful.
The room smelled odd as we were next to the kitchen extractor fan.

Couldn't use the kitchen without paying a £25 fee. View of the car park from our apartment. Very poor quality mattresses.
poor cleanliness in apartment, very poor, reported to reception with no response. unable to get a drink at the bar until 6pm each evening with bar closing at 10.30.Claims to be a hotel but according to reception staff they offer 4 star appartments and not hotel services, however the decor and furnishings throughout are very dated and in poor condition. more importantly fire exit signs did not give fire assembly points and fire exclusion zones were cluttered with old furniture, all in all a very unsatisfactory experience especially considering the cost.
Helpful staff, good facilities. Good value.
Decor/carpet in rooms was a bit worn/ dated.
Wonderful views from the restaurant and sitting room. Generally lovely helpful staff. Amazing garden and outdoor swimming pool.
We went for a meal on my birthday on 29th July the food was excellent and reasonably priced but the waiter was surly and snooty. This spoiled our evening a bit. Our room was overlooking the road at the back. There was a note on the window saying do not open the window. This was a bit uncomfortable as it was extremely hot.
Proximity to beach and sea
Car parking was tricky
Recommended by locals who often use the hotel. I was not disappointed. The buffet at the party I attended was excellent. Reception staff extremely helpful. I have already booked a suite a for my return in December, as it is a special promotional weekend.
