Home from home with good hearthy breakfast. Nice layout at breakfast. Bus 747 available to/from airport and nearby public transport anywhere.
No snacks in bar for late night cuppa but nearby late shops. A little difficulty controlling TV. Room was a little too hot for me but turned off heater.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful and in a very good location - bus to the airport right outside the door. Park and museum on the doorstep to have a look round and breakfast included was also good value for money - I'm looking forward to when your restaurant opens.
My room didn't have wifi connection and the windows let the noise of the traffic in. I found that I was very hot in the middle of the night due to the radiators being on full - but if I had realised I would have turned it down.
the room was ok,but socket ,hanging of wall;the lightbulb ,needed changing, reported this sun, went out all day monday ,on our return.nothing had been fixed,so went down tuesday, morning, fixed later that day, also breakfast was lukewarm ,coffee was cold.
I liked the style of the hotel and the breakfast and the bed was comfy
Thr was a constant drip in my room condensation as thr was no fan plus as I was in the basement the wifi didn't work down thr which wasn't fun
Breakfast ok , staff ok and comfortable bed
First room given water was dripping from ceiling onto the bed . Shabby interior throughout the hotel . Mouldy ceiling in the bathroom of the replacement room we were given , a sink with broken plug , dirty shower curtain that smelt . Ceiling lights hanging down from the fittings in main bedroom. No wi fi
The Hotel was very comfortable, facilities were good and provided me with a pleasant evening, only there one night. The Breakfast was excellent went back for seconds. On my arrival the receptionist tried her best to give me directions to the Exhibition Centre train station.
I am not familiar with Glasgow so didn't realise how far away the Hotel was from City centre. It was pouring rain and had to get a Taxi after walking a third of the way. Arrived at 2.45pm had to leave bag as room wasn't ready. I had to be somewhere else by 3.30. I did say my arrival would be 3-4 so can't complain too much.
great value for a great comfy room and big breakfast
it was windy on sunday evening
You get what you pay for Breakfast was excellent but be down before 9:00am as it gets busy then Overall good value
Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. No complaintsmy

Friendly Staff, Nice Room & Great value for money
Breakfast & staff
There was no central heating working in a room whole night. Floor was firt carpet was dirty.
Clean room & wonderful breakfast!!!
Buckets & towels soaking up leak from pipe(s) in hallway!,,
Great staff good location
good for what it is
Cheap. Good location.
Very noisy, I would suggest asking for a room which doesn't face the main street. We were also unlucky being next door to a couple playing music, chatting 'etc' all night (walls are paper thin). I wish I'd thought to take earplugs.
Very small shower, room was cold on arrival and I had to ask for heating to be put on. First time in many visits that I had to complain.

The bed was a bit hard

Fab location - great value overnight stay with breakfast and wifi
Breakfast was very good. Tasty, hot and plenty of it. Very attentive staff
No negative feedback
The bed and no Wifi
The room was a good size and it had a bath.
The breakfast room was freezing cold and draughty.
Basic facilities but the price was cheap. Bed clean and room quiet.
It was rather rundown. Carpets and corridors poor. Lift out of action. Room too hot
Hotel was good only thing is it doesn't do meals or snacks in the evening
Bit cold in the dinning room
