Devoncove Hotel Glasgow    

Neat and easy to reach

The check in should be brought forward to 2 p.m. the radiator in 305, would not turn off very effectively, and the window had a limited opening for ventilation. the bathroom door was on a strong closer and would not stay open. the internet was not strong enough to connect. the breakfast staff were not welcoming at all.

It was very central and very comfortable

You have a male receptionist on staff( sorry, I did not take his name) who is an absolute credit to your hotel. He went out of his way to be really welcoming and friendly. It is much appreciated.

Staff excellent, I made a mistake with my reservation but Robin and the Front Desk team were extremely helpful and understanding.. Price excellent value for money, room comfortable & all staff friendly and attentive, great bargain for a Glasgow trip with friends.

It was perfect for a couple of nights stay whilst working in Glasgow, I would definately recommend this hotel.

Close to city centre

The hotel was close to where I was going to in Glasgow. I got a very good room rate at the last minute and I was really impressed with the facilities in the room, it was also incredibly clean. The breakfast buffet suited me perfectly - I would certainly use the Devoncove again.

Only slight problem was that I didnt realise how to work the power within the room but a quick call to reception made me realise that I just had to insert my room card.

It was good location and value for money.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, so unfortunately had disrupted sleep.

location, very close to many restaurants & bars. & the superb Kelvingrove Art Gallery.

We were very pleased with hotel. Very convenient location, about 20 min walking distance almost to everywhere. Art Gallery and Kelvin Garden are almost opposite. Big bonus - free car parking. Very clean and comfortable. Have a bus stop nearby, Tesco, Sainsbury and a lot of places to it.

staff were really helpful, recommended restaurants, made reservations, helped book taxi's etc. check in and out was quick. on site bar was nice breakfast was varied. rooms were comfortable and well equipped. good all round

Staff were pleasent

We parked our car in your car park and when we got home noticed it had been hit and was badly. Scratch when we called up to see if cctv could be checked but we have not heard anything back so made our stay not so good

Hotel's situated very close to the centre. The room was clean and lovely. Decent breakfast is included to the price. I would reccomend this hotel.

Although the location is good it took us almost 3 hours to find the hotel by car. Google maps told us the wrong directions as well as the staff who my boyfriend called 3 times to ask for help. We stayed at a twin room and had to move one bed to make one big bed of two though as long as i remember we payed for a double room. Also we laughed a lot when saw two tiny and narrow blankets instead of one big:)))

Superb hotel, very helpful staff, with full facilities, I have stayed in glasgow many times and this is the first time I felt I had got it right. No more searching

Great location near Kelvingrove park, clean and comfortable room, nice receptionist, very good breakfast and value for money.

Very well located for access to the city centre and the museum/ West End. Very useful to have free parking

Room was a little cramped

Fantastic little place very comfortable. Convenient location for SECC and good restaraunts.

The staff in the morning were very nice.

The staff member on reception at night was appallingly rude and unhelpful.
