Well situated, close to the city centre. Polite and kind personnel, very flexible too. It is a good choice if you look for a 3-star hotel. My bed was very uncomfortable because of old and lumpy mattress. |

Handy location for the West End. Availability of parking was great. Staff helpful. Value for money. The bathroom was a little 'tired'. |

The two male recetionists were smart and pleasant and the hotel was well located for city centre shoping and for atending events at the S.E.CC. We also thought on our short visit that it looked clean and well kept |

All staff that we met were extremely helpful and polite. The situation of the hotel was perfect for us to walk to the SECC the directions were provided by your staff. The room we stayed in was sufficient for our 1 night stay, the breakfast was lovely as well as the staff not fussing and leaving us to eat also they were very polite and efficient. |

The reception and dining room staff were personable and approachable and I found them to be very helpful and accommodating. The online price was attractive. During the night, there was an uncomfortable choice between being too warm and having the windows wide open and having excessive noise. The stairwell felt like a "back entrance" and could have felt unsafe in this respect to some guests. |

I stayed for 1 night with my son and went to a concert the price was good rooms were clean the guy who checked us in was friendly location was very good all very good realy. Would have prefered the breakfasts to be served a bit later say up to 10 oclock. We came down for our breakfast at 8.45 and the breakfast we got ( full engilish) was cooked perfect the only thing I could winge about is 1 of the girls started to mop the floor while we were eating . the smell of disinfectant and a full breakfast did not mix ( I hope this remark does not get her in to trouble because they were all very nice and friendly) one last thing draught beer would not go a miss. |

it was near the facilities we wanted ie shops/town centre/O2 academy/train station. All could be easily reached on foot/bus/taxi at very reasonable rates. |

It's nearness to the SECC and the bus service to the centre of town. Faults in the bedroom, eg peeling wallpaper, bedside lamps not working, varnish peeling off toilet seat did not enhance the look of an otherwise perfect bathroom. PS Bed very comfortable. |

friendly helpful reception staff, all three i spoke and dealt with were more than happy to help. location is near the city centre and take to the centre costs around £5 car park was very small, squeezed car in but feared the car facing may hit mine on its way out, luckily didnt. shower doors didnt fully close, made floor wet which wasnt too much of an issue, bit harsh on the cleaners. |
