La zona es muy tranquila y el personal muy amable. Para ser un tres estrellas era un poco flojito, aunque la zona era muy tranquila. En nuestra habitación hacía un calor casi insoportable y no hay manera de desconectarlo. Todo lo demás, correcto. |

Había sitio para aparcar el coche Las fotos dan una imagen del hotel que no se corresponden con la realidad, en las fotos parece que las habitaciones son amplias y son excesivamente pequeñas |

Nos asignaron habitacion de minusvalidos sin necesitarla y el olor de la habitación no era bueno, debio ser un hotel majillo hace 15 años. No pudimos conectarnos al wifi de ninguna de las plantas |

Cercania al centro de la ciudad de Glasgow, muy cerca de Museos de Arte y Galeria Kelvin, al museo de Trasporte y de la Universidad, excelente situacion de trasporte colectivo y cafeterias y fastfoods. En general me gustó el hotel, sobre todo seguridad! |

La ubicacion , esta muy cerca del centro, apenas 5 minutos andando. el acceso a internet via wifi , con claves que no permitian las conexiones.y la caja de seguridad de la habitacion no funcionaba y nadie quiso saber nada, me ofrecieron guardarlo en una caja de seguridad con 20 llaves dentro , ridículo. |

Accommodation adequate fro the price paid - breakfast too early - breafast staff too keen to finish 'on time' , to te point of bing rude ! Atitude of some staff - reception staff were fine, but not all brakfast staff were accommodating ! |

Some other guests (young) had been out very late (3-4am) and when they came back they were very very noisey, others brought take aways back that made the corridors smell. Budget accomodation, peeling round the edges but you get what you pay for, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

Spacious and quiet room. Location was excellent for my purposes. First room had a leaking bathroom, but was moved to an excellent room next door. The lobby and breakfast room were shabby but it's the room and bathroom that are the most important. |

The room was clean, especially the bed sheets and the bathroom (which are very important to me!) The reception area was lovely and very deceiving! as this did not extend to any other part of the hotel. The stairwell was especially horrible and the rooms are in need of a serious update. It was also miles away from the shops/bars which was the main purpose of our visit - I thought it was within walking distance (in Stilettos!)?! |

Nice reception and very modern seating area and dining room. Bathroom was updated and handy hotel parking too. Bedroom decor was a let down compared to the reception area and bedding needs updating. |

Around 4:00 am we were woken up by noisey guests staying in the hotel running up & down corridoors. This went on for over an hour before the hotel staff realised there was a problem. |

Group of people came into the hotel at 1am and shouted knocked on doors until 2.30 staff did nothing to help. |

it was only a 15 minute walk to SECC and after staying recently in a nightmare hotel in Brussels, it was great to encounter friendly staff, nice room and quiet room. Value for money |

Convenience for my conference at the secc, and value for money. Very noisy neighbours on my floor, when a dozen young men and women came in at 4am. The problem was they were noisy for nearly one hour, but luckily they were only in for the first night of my stay. Common areas need to be refurbished. |
