Hyvä sijainti Glasgow'n yliopistoon nähden. Huoneen patteri piti kovaa ääntä, joten yöksi se oli otettava pois päältä. Meluisia vierailioita naapurihuoneissa. Yleisessä siisteydessä toivomisen varaa. |

Some other guests (young) had been out very late (3-4am) and when they came back they were very very noisey, others brought take aways back that made the corridors smell. Budget accomodation, peeling round the edges but you get what you pay for, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

Spacious and quiet room. Location was excellent for my purposes. First room had a leaking bathroom, but was moved to an excellent room next door. The lobby and breakfast room were shabby but it's the room and bathroom that are the most important. |

The room was clean, especially the bed sheets and the bathroom (which are very important to me!) The reception area was lovely and very deceiving! as this did not extend to any other part of the hotel. The stairwell was especially horrible and the rooms are in need of a serious update. It was also miles away from the shops/bars which was the main purpose of our visit - I thought it was within walking distance (in Stilettos!)?! |

Nice reception and very modern seating area and dining room. Bathroom was updated and handy hotel parking too. Bedroom decor was a let down compared to the reception area and bedding needs updating. |

Around 4:00 am we were woken up by noisey guests staying in the hotel running up & down corridoors. This went on for over an hour before the hotel staff realised there was a problem. |

it was only a 15 minute walk to SECC and after staying recently in a nightmare hotel in Brussels, it was great to encounter friendly staff, nice room and quiet room. Value for money |

Convenience for my conference at the secc, and value for money. Very noisy neighbours on my floor, when a dozen young men and women came in at 4am. The problem was they were noisy for nearly one hour, but luckily they were only in for the first night of my stay. Common areas need to be refurbished. |

The price was ok and it was in close proximity to the secc where we were visiting that evening. The wallpaper was peeling, there was plasterwork visible, parts of the skirting missing, it was very chilly when we arrives at 6pm and the general upkeep was shabby. |

good lighting in room. comfortable beds with extra pillows. good shower and places to put toiletries. room was cold because of inadequate covering for windows. stairway is extremely scruffy. a new doormat and a coat of paint on the door to the bedrooms from the foyer would go a long way to make it more welcoming. a bit of refurbishment needed in general. |

It was very comfortable, breakfast was good and it was very convenient for the SECC.Excellent as far as the hotel's facilities are concerned. I am afraid this was the WORST experience I have ever had in any hotel in my whole 57 years of life. NOT because of the hotel facilities but because we were all woken up at 3.30am by a large group of party revellers on the second floor who were drunk, screaming at one another, slamming doors, banging on doors and chasing each other about. That was on the 8th -9th Nov and the central room for that noise was number 212. I spoke to several residents next day who said they will NEVER return. I got up at 4.30am that night and spoke to the person at reception but, although he did talk to the crowd of selfish party people, they just ignored him and it went on until 5pm. Next morning all these selfish people were still asleep at 9am. |

The reception staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly, polite and informative, gave the impression thet were happy to be at their work! We booked with specific request for a disabled friendly hotel, discovered the parking was on a first come first parked basis, not the expectation when one has a wheel chair bound partner. The receptionist did show us the service lift which was okay. This did not spoil our night but would have if it had been raining |

Liked the location and car parking facilities. Room was very small. Overall impression of corridors and lift was one of shabbiness and neglect - wall paper hanging off, dubious marks on the carpets. Paintwork and metal of lift were badly marked. Breakfast table was very small, constant game of chess being played with plates! |
