Room was quiet.
People smoking in non smoking areas, in rooms causing it to come out in the hallways. Was unable to get wifi in room 225 but wasn't a big deal to use the service in reception area.
Location was ideal to and fro City Centre. Ample restaurants nearby. Quiet environment & walking distance to University Of Glasgow.
The hotel and the staff were pleasant. The rooms and common areas were generally clean. There were several issues with the Internet with very spotty connection. Breakfast was good. Location excellent for my business. Many nice, small restaurants in the area. One big concern is that the door my room had previous attempts to break in and did not open or close easily.
Damp room unfit for use Room and hotel generally in very poor condition Not in any way a 3star hotel Worst place we have ever stayed.
Rooms were clean and fresh, staff were really good and breakfast was excellent.
We were on the lower ground floor at the front and it was really noisy from outside + the adjoining rooms appeared to have no soundproofing in the walls and you could hear everything going on, well maybe not everything. If I stay again I would request a room upstairs.
Dirty, dated hotel. Carpets were stained and dirty looking. Bathrooms were grotty in the need of a good update. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not recommend anyone to stay here!!
Location good, very helpful friendly staff. Great parking, with CCTV behind reception. Renovation work being carried out discreetly, look forward to seeing them finished. Freshly cooked breakfast. Good value for money
Minor issue would have been nice to have a jug of water with the juices at breakfast.
mould in bathroom, hairs in bath, lights not working, noisy
close to university
shabby rooms and public areas
noise at night poor breakfast shabby carpet
Easy going attitude and staff responses. Good value for money and a stroll to the West End
Nothing in particular though it was in middle of refurbishment
Great staff, Very good breakfast
Hotel undergoing refurbishment - not told in advance, room dated, bed uncomfortable.
Staff at the desk very helpful and nice to deal with... It was cheap and a good location.
rooms dated and the hallways and rooms could do with a an update. TV remote and TV controls didn't work... Staff did their best to help (replaced batteries and remote controls) but a broken TV is a broken TV. bed not the most comfortable.
bus service at the door.
car parking a bit tight
Outstanding price, Comfortable bed Efficient shower Free wifi Friendly and helpful staff. Good nearby restaurants Airport bus at the front door.
I have nothing to criticise and will certainly use this hotel as first choice in Glasgow.
Food, friendliness of staff, quietness, relatively easy parking but not behind hotel.(being disabled badge holder)
Room size and access to toilet facility, standing up from toilet seat position.(disabled accommodation would be recommended) with standard facilities
Friendly and very helpful staff
Curtains a bit thin as they let in the light.
The bed. The WiFi. The location.
The shower door was flimsy, cleaner kept throwing things out that we didn't want thrown out. Silicone wasn't the cleanest in the bathroom.
smell in bedroom tap in bathroom defect
Bathroom was tiny not enough space to get out of the bath without slipping
Wasn't too happy with the check in phoned for early check in and they had no notice of this, they had to find a room available but in doing this the woman dealing with us decided to take a phone call and check someone else in and tell them all about the hotel, I wouldn't usually mind but we asked for early check in for a good reason we had a wedding to attend and had half an hour to get ready in the hotel for this. Then a man had to check us in after we waited at least 20 minutes and the woman was still on the phone!
The hotel was nice, clean and at a fair price, the complenty food was also very good. The staff were also very helpful.
The location was a bit far out so we had to do a lot of walking and the wifi might as well have not been there considering it's quality.
Room was a good size clean , breakfast and staff great
Couldn't turn TV to watch in bed, hallways needed updating.
Friendly, helpful staff
Room a bit shabby and small
Nice desk /night staff, clean rooms, good choice at breakfast and well cooked.
Only desk staff and night porter spoke English. My son had to move rooms as the first had no lock , and springs pop in out of the mattress but was not moved till the second day.
