Le camere ampie e ben accessoriate non è proprio fuori mano, ma bisogna camminare un pò per arrivare al centro e per i negozi. comunque a piedi non sono più di venti minuti |

A parte il prezzo ben poco.Sarebbe il caso che venissero modificate le foto presenti sul sito dell'hotel in quanto ben diverse dalla realtà Fortunatamente non ho prenotato la colazione ma solo la camera. Il prezzo chiesto è esorbitante rispetto alla qualità della colazione continentale |

l'ampiezza della camera, la gentilezza delle signorine addette al servizio colazione Pur essendo la nostra una camera per non fumatori qualcuno aveva fumato in camera e l'odore si sentiva forte. Io sono particolarmente sensibile a questo. |

Some other guests (young) had been out very late (3-4am) and when they came back they were very very noisey, others brought take aways back that made the corridors smell. Budget accomodation, peeling round the edges but you get what you pay for, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

Spacious and quiet room. Location was excellent for my purposes. First room had a leaking bathroom, but was moved to an excellent room next door. The lobby and breakfast room were shabby but it's the room and bathroom that are the most important. |

The room was clean, especially the bed sheets and the bathroom (which are very important to me!) The reception area was lovely and very deceiving! as this did not extend to any other part of the hotel. The stairwell was especially horrible and the rooms are in need of a serious update. It was also miles away from the shops/bars which was the main purpose of our visit - I thought it was within walking distance (in Stilettos!)?! |

Nice reception and very modern seating area and dining room. Bathroom was updated and handy hotel parking too. Bedroom decor was a let down compared to the reception area and bedding needs updating. |

Around 4:00 am we were woken up by noisey guests staying in the hotel running up & down corridoors. This went on for over an hour before the hotel staff realised there was a problem. |

Group of people came into the hotel at 1am and shouted knocked on doors until 2.30 staff did nothing to help. |

it was only a 15 minute walk to SECC and after staying recently in a nightmare hotel in Brussels, it was great to encounter friendly staff, nice room and quiet room. Value for money |

Convenience for my conference at the secc, and value for money. Very noisy neighbours on my floor, when a dozen young men and women came in at 4am. The problem was they were noisy for nearly one hour, but luckily they were only in for the first night of my stay. Common areas need to be refurbished. |
