Exhibition Centerに歩いて行ける。周辺に比べ格安。Full Breakfast付き。 防音が悪い。部屋に電話がない。建物の端の部屋ではインターネットが繋がらない。 |

グラスゴー大学に近く、周辺にパブやレストランも多いため、便利な立地でした。 セイフボックスの扉が開かず、フロントに何度も確認を頼んだのにスタッフは来ませんでした。きちんと開く状態にしてホテルを出ないと罰金20ポンドと書かれていましたが、まさか請求されないことを祈っています。 |

周りの環境（ロケーション）はよかったが、ホテル内の内装工事中のため、朝食のときなど、少々快適さにかける。 チェックインでの対応がぶっきらぼうだった。 |

The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and breakfast was very efficient.Room was clean and comfortable close to city centre.Overall very pleasant stay and value for money. To be fair I think they are in the process of refurbishing bit by bit, parts looked very tired and could do with a lick of paint and other bits were obviously new , but dont let this put you off if you are visiting Glasgow I would recommend, nice people. |

The reception was lovely and the staff were very helpful The decor of the room was very dated and shoddy and did not match with the reception. In the shower I could see the rawl plugs coming away from the wall. |

room facing the main road, 108, wasn't well insulated from traffic noice so my first night was severely disturbed with interupted sleep. I requested a room, 123 at the back only for the staff to disturb my sleep by banging on the door of room 124 with the intention to open it because someone had apparently locked their goods in there. the banging started at 3:25 am and carried on till I went for breakfast at 8:50. |

comfy, good location to museum of transport ect. nice pub at corner with live music the staff seemed very stuck up. smiled hello to one girl in the morning and was given daggers.....at the bar in the hotel from returning being out asked the barman where we could buy food and first response was "i can see your going to be trouble tonight" i laughed thinking he was joking but his attitude never changed. didnt go back to the bar |
