Location and a very good rate Room rates vary wildly from day today makes it difficult to plan a trip on specific dates, top rate is very expensive for what it has to offer

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The location was brilliant for getting to the o2 by boat and for browsing Greenwich Market next day! A bit tricky to find as signage isn't great but worth the walk round the block

Reception staff are very polite. There is a nice warm atmosphere at the hotel. I've stayed at a few other hotels in Greenwich but I found them to be a bit "cold". The inclusion of WI-Fi that is accessible from the rooms without an additional charge proved to be very convenient................as was the availability of a good sized room for 3 adults (the last time we stayed at the hotel). This time, being 4 adults we booked 2 rooms which incidentally were conveniently close. I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and I'll probably visit again. I will recommend it any time. To nitpick.................overall the buffet breakfast is fine but the absence of cheese marks a small negative! ............ even cheap processed cheese would do..........

On the up side it was, Clean and well equipped Good car parking Quick check in and out Room was located above delivery/rubbish collection point. We were woken ridiculously early.I Am sure given the low level of business this could have been avoided or,a discount could have been offered for taking this room. Central heating system very noisy when turned down.

Position. It had a strange layout, & I felt uneasy there. The reception staff did their best, but we felt that management/training wasn't too good. For example, we asked for a luggage rack or chair to place a suitcase on when we arrived, & were told they had to check with their line manager! Eventually, we were told this wasn't possible. The hotel was not full - how hard can it be to move a chair from one room into another...?! The hotel did not have a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We had spent 4 days in the re Shoreditch, which is fantastic in every way, so this hotel was a real let-down.

Good size room. Excellent location. Short distance to the tube. We were booked into a disabled room, but my 6 ft 4 partner had to over bend to use the sink, We got up on the morning of check out to find a bill had been pushed under the door for two days breakfast we didn't have. But the staff was quick to rectify this. Also the room smelt badly of ciggerete smoke. This aggrevated my asthma.

The location was perfect as we were there for a concert at the O2 arena and there was a bus stop right outside, also we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast there was a large variety, it was also a lot cheaper than other hotels in worse locations The only complaint I have is that the check out time is 10 o'clock, I felt this was a bit early

Excellent location for o2. Right next to tube and 5 minutes walk from Thames Clipper Service which we used for our whole trip. Close to Greenwich Market. Room service was excellent. Staff really friendly. Really happy with everything. It was all excellent, highly recommended and would stay there again.

Location. We were at the 02 on Saturday night, and it was convenient. I found the check out time of 10.00 very inhospitable.

I was initially unsure about this hotel and its location as we were attending an evening show at the o2. It was a really good price compared to the ones in docklands which I have stayed in before. But it was fantastic, couldnt have chosen better! Lovely hotel, great location, surrounded by really nice bars and restaurants. Leafy location right on the park, and free parking onsite. Great for the o2 - you could choose from the thames clipper, cab or station to reach venue. We took a cab - £10 each way - bargain! Booked it from hotel and booked return from inside o2, was back after show, in hotel within 10 mins!! Really really impressed cant fault it and will definately stay again - really great for sightseeing in greenwich also Nothing! If I had to make a comment, its a bit difficult to get too, due to all the one way roads around it, so leave plenty of time to find it - suggest looking a google earth street level before you set off to give you a better idea on location.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at everything was excellent. Got a late deal which incl dinner and breakfast in price which was a really good deal. Room was superb, dinner good and buffet breakfast excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. For the price can't really fault anything apart from coffee should have been incl with set menu dinner. The only thing they need to sort out is if someone leaves the bathroom door open and it is a bit steamy this can set of the fire alarm, which happened to someone about 4.30am. Not exactly good to be woken up and rushing to find clothes at that time of the morning for a false alarm!

Location was perfect for O2 and had close proximity with a London landmark area (Greenwich/museum/observatory/Cutty Sark/restaurants etc). Better than being closer to O2 in an isolated hotel. Initial trepidation that is was a conference hotel upon arrival dissipated. Signage upon entry to car park - poor and non-descriptive. The entrance to hotel just said 'Conference Centre' that caused confusion to me and others about 'where was the actual hotel entrance'. As it happens, it was in via the conference entrance. Needs to be clearer.

Great hotel, great location. The restaurant staff should cooperate better. It happened multiple times that the same question ("do you want coffee, do you want to order now, etc") was asked several times by different staff members, within a few minutes.

Lovely location & grounds, good transport links into central London. Good buffet breakfast Dreadful condition of tiling etc in bathroom - although reasonably clean otherwise this looked like a health hazard - didn't have shower or bath as a result. No quiet lounge area - noisy bar, tea & coffee in paper cups from an help yourself machine.

Great location - easy walking distance to Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark and Royal Maritime Museum. Rooms are a decent size at a good price and the breakfast was fab. All staff on reception and in dining room were friendly and most helpful. Comfortable bed. Minor point but the pillows were very hard and not comfortable. Bathroom looked like it was ready for refurb (missing loo seat lid, leaking shower screen and mold on silicone/grouting.

Really comfortable and clean room, friendly staff and excellent location. The Sunday breakfast was carnage early on. We tried twice before we were able to get anywhere near the front of the queue. Once we waited until 10.30am we had a very pleasant meal, but that doesn't really fit with an 11am check out.
