If this was in respect of my booking reference 133032687 the hotel had 3 rooms available but they were not reserved for my party as organised with Booking.com. the hotel did let us have the rooms as the rate that was agreed in this booking. It could have been very ugly as we were entertaining an important customer and they were one of the rooms. |

We had a great time. We enoyed using the Thames Clipper and had a really good evening in London. Our daughter and her friend went to the 02 which was really close and the taxi service very reasonable. We will certainly stay here again when going to the 02 We did feel that the breakfast should have been included in the price of £78 but we paid £7 extra. |

The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast in a very good dining room. It is also very easy to get to the O2 Arena by public transport. The beds are very hard but still better than too soft! |

The hotel is ideally placed for amenities of Greenwich and for access to London city. The room was warm and adequately furnished. The breakfast was of a good standard and staff were helpful. Rather hard bed and miserly supply of tea/coffee (though more was brought when requested) |

We stayed at this hotel because of its location for the o2 arena which was a 5 minute walk to the Greenwich Pier and a 5 minute Thames Clipper ride away. The only criticism about this hotel is that the room could have done with being decorated a little more recently. |

Very good location for the o2 ,friendly staff, the room was very nice and lots of hot water and the heating was on . Maid service on the sunday was good. Breakfast had a good varity. The dinner menu was set and had no costing, also quite small portions. However we did not have to wait very long for service. |

Easy access, good location, relaxed and comfortable Not being advised in advance that we wouldn't be able to use the dinig room on Friday 13 due to a wedding party. The hotel must have known about this well in advance. We were obliged to dine elsewhere, not normaly a problem but we were cold, tired and wet. The weather that evening was apalling. |

Friendly front-of-house staff - Only 1 channel on tv, remote didn't work; - there were more than a dozen dead wasps in the light-cover in the bathroom, probably indicating a problem in/under the ceiling; - bathroom sink plug got stuck, couldn't drain the shaving water anymore... |

Excellent service from everyone we dealt with during our stay, reception helped us to get a taxi when we were running late for a show, and gave us directions to the hotel when we got a bit lost on the way there! |

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and the internet cafe was good. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The t.v. was old in our room and didn't work very well and so was the toaster in the restaurant and the drinks in the bar were really expensive £7 for a glass of red wine |

Very comfortable hotel, with helpful and friendly staff, in a lovely location near the Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum (both worth a visit - and free) as well as being a short walk from the Cutty Sark DLR station with its direct link into the city of London. Definitely a place i would recommend to others. A small thing: undercooked sausages for breakfast. |

Lovely surroundings, rooms were comfortable and a good size. Great location. Staff were friendly and efficient. Value for money. Breakfast was under staffed on the first day and a bit crowded, although the staff that were there did a good job to cope. Could have done with more coffee sachets in the room. |
