Friendly staff, great area. Will definately be back There were a few problems with facilities which I filled in on departure and handed to lady on desk. Plug was stuck and would not release to empty sink in bathroom, when showering bath took ages to drain, could not change tv chanells and kettle did not turn itself off. |

Great location, right in the centre, and easy to get to Central London. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Difficult to find the way in when driving! |

Devenport House is one of the few 4 star hotels in London where they actually repair defects reported to the reception. The half-board special offer is very much appreciated. My room (329) was a bit noisy because of traffic. |

The Hotel is set in one of the historic buildings in the centre of Greenwich, which made it rather special. Its modern interior was understated & functional. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped, with a good size bathroom & plentiful hot water. The cooked buffet-style breakfast was tired, dry and unappetising but the overall selection was quite good. |

Arriving at a pleasant open air, and most importantly, free car park, with easy access to reception and room. So nice to be staying within a stone's throw of such a lovely location. Attractive exterior hotel building. |

Such a friendly welcome from the girl and man on reception and the girl who checked us out was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Whilst the restaurant staff at breakfast were very pleasant there was no sense of urgency so service was not overly quick even though there were not many people in it. |

the staff could not have been more helpful, the food was excellent and the room spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only negative was a poor television in the room por television in the room with only two chanels. Desert on new years eve meal let down the rest of the meal, whilst good it lacked imagination |

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very friendly. There were a few things i didn't like about the hotel, which were the lack of sky channels and the view of the car park from the window! I only picked the hotel as it was the only one available in the London area for New Years Eve at a decent price. Considering the room was really used only for sleeping purposes, overall i can't really complain. |

Nice hotel, close to DLR station. +/- 1 hour to get to central London with DLR + undergroud. the 2,5 £ fee is you want to pay your room with VISA wasn't announced on the website. |

Hotel was newly refurbished and very clean and comfotable. Very pleasant staff. Ideal location for sightseeing in Greenwich. I would definatelly stay there again. |

Staff were unhelpful. Did not explain where anything was. No food due to a function but were not told when we booked. Dirty crockery at breakfast. Asked by staff if we enjoyed our stay told them no and they just laughed. 1 small bar of soap and small bottle of shower gel only in bathroom. |

The location of the hotel was spot on. Easy to find and parking good.The room was warm and comfortable the shower was great. Although the linen and towels were lovely there was a stain on the bed spread. |
