Friendliness of staff at reception and at breakfast. Car parking facility. Room was comfortable and had a good view. Breakfast - had a good range of foods.

Cramped restaurant room where we had breakfast- insufficient space and too many people in the room. Sellotape over an electrical switch outside of bathroom!

The receptionist was extremely helpful when we complained about our room. Breakfast was very good.

Our first room smelled of cigarettes so we asked to change which was done very quickly. However our new room was over the courtyard and at 1am I had to ask reception to ask people to vacate the courtyard as the noise was disturbing our sleep. It would help to check for weddings before you book.

Bag storage service is very handy. Breakfast was excellent, although the layout of some items was a bit confusing - fresh fruits and yogurts were with the cooked food rather than the cereals where you would expect them to be. Bed was very comfortable.

The music in the bar was too loud - no one was in there, perhaps as a result of this. It certainly put us off as we just wanted a quiet drink. It didn't suit the style of the room, nor the general age of the clientele staying in the hotel at the time.

Staff were happy to help, i was given a bigger mug, milk and tea bags when i asked.

Mugs in room were not big enough for a real cup of tea, not enough milk, not enough tea bags or coffee etc. First room had not been tidied but did get moved to a different room. Room had poor view.

Devonport House is a nice 4 star Hotel in an excellent location and, in my opinion, it is the best option when staying in Greenwich.

Unfortunately they have started charging guests to park, which is a shame.

location was excellent for the 02 as we were there to see a concert. The hotel was spotless. Reception staff very nice when we arrived. We didn't have a working kettle but received a new one within 5mins of letting staff know. very, very efficient. all round lovely hotel.

As I said the staff were very helpful and the fact you could park your for £5 was a real bonus , as in many places you have to pay a lot and some places don't have parking, this would put me off going. there was easy access to London and plenty of places to eat in the evenings, breakfast was great also at a reasonable price will be visiting again very soon.thank you so much. carol

Lack of ventilation in room overcooked items for breakfast not worth the cost, I'd rather go 3star

The reception staff were efficient and polite, hotel was clean and in a good location

inexperienced and under resourced bar staff - Bar service was non-existent! - we went out to local pubs as did other guests....

Spacious rooms with all amenities in excellent condition. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly. Fantastic location in Greenwich. Easy to reach tube station.

Location was good for the 02 as we were going to a concert. Nice shops, good facilities for eating and cutty sark was near by. So lots to do

The location was excellent. Staff very attentive, nothing too much trouble. Bedrooms very comfortable. Hot water always plentiful. Excellent breakfasts. Wonderful wedding reception.

The staff were amazing, especially Lorraine in the bar. Fantastic location for London shopping and the O2.
