Location and a very good rate

Room rates vary wildly from day today makes it difficult to plan a trip on specific dates, top rate is very expensive for what it has to offer

Friendly staff, great location, clean with large bedroom and lovely decor. Excellent breakfast and dinner all at a good price. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Free parking all day was a great bonus for London.

A little trouble finding it, not very clear signs.

It is located perfectly 100 meters from the underground and 50 meters from the Cutty Sark and other landmarks.

I could not open the window in the bedroom, and the evening menu did not come out until that evening.

Superb location, value for money, excellent room for what we paid and the dinner in the evening three courses for less than £15.00. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Stayed here to go to a concert at the o2. Reasonably priced and close enough to the venue. Nice breakfast - lots of choice. Comfy bed.

We had booked but had no booking when we got there. Fair play though the staff did sort this. Rang for room service and no one was about. Not anything major that would stop me from staying here again!

New and comfortable and clean hotel. Excellent to offer Wi-Fi Quick bar service

I ordered wake up call in the morning which didn't wasn't executed and meant stress to my way to the airport

The Staff at the Hotel were brlliant and really went out of their way to make us feel at home; would definitley go there again and would recommend it to colleagues / friends or family if they were looking for a place to stay

Pub was at times unmanned and service could be slow

The location in Greenwich was very good - although our event was a way away. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. I have had better hotel breakfasts but there was a fair bit of choice and although we breakfasted early the restaurant staff were very cheerful.

The hairdryer in our room was faulty. We reported this on the first morning of our stay but it remained faulty for all our 3 night stay and the hotel were unable to provide an alternate one for us.

Nice location in the heart of Greenwich, right next to the park. Large rooms and large, clean en-suite bathroom. Quality English breakfast. Pleasant staff. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Bed was too soft for my tastes, but I realise this is something very personal and some people would see this as a plus. Some rooms are a little dated (I would call them comfortable but not luxurious). However, considering the price this should be a very minor concern. Better than paying for an expensive refurbishment through higher prices!

Location, it is in the middle of Greenwich, bus station to London center is close too.
