Cheap, comfortable, large room, clean, quiet - I think we were the only ones there. Staff were professional but didn't really smile or go overboard
Tiny shower, mattress kept moving when leaning against headboard. Location is a bit out of the way with nothing much around, but suited us on this occasion.
I needed an overnight hotel for an audition I had in Liverpool. The hotel had an ideal location and offered fairly large rooms with en-suites and friendly staff. There was also fairly secure free parking.
The food was not great and the room was nothing like what was pictured. The hotel was cold to begin with and the facilities could have been slightly cleaner than they were.
Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel
Breakfast finished to early, 9am, not good after being out on the town!!
Staff go the extra mile thank you
I have ironed on softer surfaces than the bed
Cheapness and close to anfield
Our radiator wasn't working but the staff went out of their way to sort us another room out. And they did it with a smile!!
Cant complain. Great value for money.
Very central, tidy clean room, breakfast good and very hot, nice friendly staff and management. Good all round.
Bed was a bit soft, dining room carpet required hoovering, breakfast plates too small
There was a few nice staff the food was good.
Night staff was very bad bed was broke when got there and notting got done about young girls screamin in the room on the Saturday night the night staff was very mean and didn't do his job right at all.
Great location for where we had to travel too and food was good value and tasty. all staff were friendly and helpful, and in general the Hotel is in a pleasant surrounding
The rooms are quite dated and every shower in all the rooms I have stayed in are exceptionally poor. wifi is free but pointless (it has never worked for more than five minutes on any stay)
The staff very friendly food very good
The rooms cold bed uncomfortable they need curtains up at windows to draw to keep out draft
value, very close to a petrol station for a convenient store
+ very, very friendly staff - ok for JUST one night sleep, dont expect much luxury or value for prize
- small, old style room and beds - only wlan available in lobby - difficult to find, entrance way back from main street - needs urgent renovation
Location was good. Not too far a walk into the centre.
The staff were very rude and hard to deal with. They claimed no payments had been made and disputed it despite showing bank statement. Eventually was sorted but was a very unpleasant experience. Wifi was not good in all rooms as we had to change rooms. Called us at 10.55am telling us that we had to be out at 11am despite the booking confirmation stating that it's an 11.30am checkout.
The building is beautiful and staff are helpfull. Beds are confortable and it is a great location if you are driving as is near the city centre but not too close.
The bathroom was freezing cold probably near to 0 degrees and the wifi (which luckily was free) was that weak that you couldn't access it most of the time.
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms were very spacious and quiet while we were there.
Furnishings were a bit tired and bed was not the comfiest.
Female receptionist was rude and unhelpful
Location was good.
Plumbing in are room sounded like a plane taking off every time we used the bathroom facilities, room itself while clean was freezing even with the heating on , we complained about problems to the staff only to told that the maintenance staff had finished for the day this was at three o'clock in the afternoon in a hotel surely they should be on call twenty fours a day .
Tatty decoration, greasy breakfast! In need of a complete face lift. Much better quality accommodation in the City for a much lower price. £90 for a very basic worn out too and then £6 per person for cold tea and greasy egg and bacon. Would not recommend this unless like us you want a base within walking distance of Anfield.
very nice from the outside. welcoming at reception
beds too soft. no hairdryer. bathroom no ventilation
everything if i was with my wife she would not have stayed their at all
Location. Easy access from motorway and access to city by bus or by walking. Large car park. Good breakfast served and cooked by friendly lady.
Cold dining room at breakfast- no heating on. Passageways were very warm but radiators in room were never warm even when turned to high. Only one dining type chair to sit on in room, which was adjacent to draughty window. No mattress or pillow protectors.
The toilet flush made a humming sound every time I use it
