Clean, well presented hotel. Very helpful staff. Excellent position for us, as we had a rental car to return to Heathrow. Road signage was rather small and difficult to see at a distance. Important on a busy road. |

The hotel has very easy access and offers a warm welcome. We liked the no fuss approach by the staff. It was quiet and restful which is what we needed. Facilities are limited, but its more convenient than a b&B. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, offered enough variety and the preparation of the cooked components were done well. Minor points: the decor was a little dated and too many floor boards creaked. The shower and toilet were a bit cramped, but functioned well. |

An excellent place to stay. I have never stayed at a hotel before, where EVERY member of the staff is so helpful and polite; nothing seems too much trouble for them. I also highly recommend the restaurant, as the food is first class. |

small, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms and good breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet stay then this is the place. the brassiere menu...i can see why a hotel needs to do smething different to generate revenue, but a brassiere in crowthorne....and therefore guests have little option but to go out. |

Friendly and helpful service, nice atmosphere, excellent food including evening menu which was far better than one might expect for a hotel in this price bracket. |

Young female employee very helpful and friendly. Male employee was very offhand to another employee who struggled to book us out. After waiting I had to intervene and aks him to help. It was very embarrasing for the female employee and frustrating for me. |
