The staff were friendly and breakfast, though basic, was freshly cooked to order. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. The pillows were like concrete.

I think the 3 star rating of this hotel is about right. On arrival, a very warm, friendly welcome was received. The room was nice and clean. Good secure parking at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, especially the "full english" course which was very obviously freshly cooked for us and was piping hot. Overall, extremely pleased with my choice and would be very happy to stay at the Diamond House Hotel again.

The location was excellent being a short walk from the Town Centre. The proprietor was very friendly. The bed was a nightmare! It contributed to a week of suffering and time stuck in my own bed at home. The shower, over the corner bath, was quite poor.

Not much. Owner friendly and helpful Noisy central heating in my room woke me at 5.30 am. My bathroom was very cold. No food in eveing despite beign described as having a restaurant. The restaurant is only open 6.30 - 7pm for guests who have pre-booked a meal. This 'hotel' is just a B+B

The owners were really helpful and freindly. All the staff were nice. Food was very good. They really looked after us and nothing felt like it was too much trouble for the owners. We needed a early breakfast and the owner accomodated this. He was also thoughtful about swapping rooms for us beacuse my wife was a smoker so he changed us to a ground floor room so it was easier to go outside. As I was staying there most of the time on my own, he also didnt change my room back to a single when my wife returned home thus causing no hassle to move rooms. Would definately recommedn this hotel to anyone and stay again.

We found the hotel and its staff very good, it was a very quiet & relaxing break, also it was nice and close to the shopping centre. The only downside was the room was very large, it had two small radiators which did not heat the room at all, so it was very cold, and the door to the room made a terrible noise when opened or closed!!!!!!!

Owner very friendly Facilities good - tea/coffee/hairdryer Secure parking and breakfast fine. Location good - just short walk into the centre Comfortable/spacious room The hotel is very dated and the rooms are also in need of refurbishment/redecoration. Bathroom - had corner bath with handheld shower which was covered in limescale and tiles cracked/black in places. Clean, but very worn and dated.

My fith (I think) stay. Always friendly. Clean throughout. Obliging with regards to cooked breakfast needs. Great location. Leamington Spa worth going to. Spoilt for shopping Cities (Birmingham, London and Coventry) quick hop on train A bus stop on the door step would be lovely at the end of a day on feet but only a five minute walk away ok

This is a very nice hotel - the proprietor is friendly and helpful, there is ample parking and the breakfast is good. Very handily located for Rugby town centre. My bed was really comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep. Can't thing of anything objectionable about it!
