Falcon apartments went to great lengths to solve the technical booking problem we had. Our room wasn't available the first night. Thomas went as far as booking and paying for that night's accommodation at another hotel. He even happily paid for the taxi fare! He then upgraded our room for our remaining stay as an apology. The apartment was incredible. Felt just like home.

The apartment was very spacious. It was also very quiet. No outside nice was heard in the apartment. It was also nice having a spacious balcony looking out on the river.
There really wasn't anything not to like. However on arrival it would be helpful to have a sign pin pointing the actual location of the property.

The location was excellent. Not too far out of the city with great transport links within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean with great views from the balcony. Very quiet location but plenty of eating and drinking places
There was nothing that spoiled our stay, but there was a slight issue with the cooker as the main oven did not come on. The bath did not have a plug.

Didn't actually ever meet our contact (Fabio). Had to phone midweek to find out where to dispose of rubbish and for clean towels (heated towel rails did not work in both bathrooms). When I opened the clean towels, they were damp and had hair and dust inside - were they actually clean? Flat didn't look really clean when we arrived (we found an open packet of cheese on top of the microwave) and bathroom extractor fans were very dusty.

Location was very Good
We have recently stayed in Apartment 59 at Docklands East and have the following comments • The Check-in took almost 2 hours • When we arrived we found that the lift that is used for the cars for the underground Car Park was not working and was out of action for 24 hours. • When the car parking lift was eventually fixed we found that it would not accommodate our 4 x 4 vehicle. We were never told about this when we booked. • The Apartment we were allocated was dirty and scruffy, Walls were badly marked, Kitchen floor was stained. The sofa was heavily stained and looked dirty, no plugs for the 2 baths, bedside lights in the main bedroom did not work and the toilet roll holders were rusty. The worst was the patio which was full of used cigarette ends. • There was no instruction/guide at this apartment to explain how the: Washing Machine, Television, dishwasher, Microwave and Wi-Fi worked. • No general information at this apartment about anything I voiced my concerns with Falcon and they accepted that this apartment was poor and have offered a 30% discount. They also offered to start the refurbishment work whilst we were there, which in my opinion was stupid and would have caused more disruption to our short vacation. In the context of our visit we feel that we have paid a lot of money for an apartment that was poorly maintained and managed and with the exception of the cleaners coming back to sort out the cigarette ends on the patio, nothing else was addressed during our stay. Oh yes they did bring a plug for one of the baths on our last night. In closing, we have rented apartments with other companies in London before and the experience has always been excellent but this visit to Docklands East was extremely poor and the compensation offered, 3 hours after our arrival does not reflect the disruption and disappointment of our stay at this dirty and shabby apartment.
Location was good, and as a family we preferred to stay in an apartment over a hotel. Fittings are modern and clean, and the apartment itself appears fairly new. However . . .
Unfortunately, there were so many negatives that they left a bad taste in my mouth by the end of the visit. The first night we discovered the bed frame was broken (multiple slats were missing). The company replaced the bed the next day, but I was annoyed by having to improvise on the slats in order to make it usable for the first night. On the "wet" side, one bathroom sink is installed in such a way that it splashes water out at the user. I fixed this by removing the aerator, but only after it drenched both my wife and myself on different occasions. In the morning we found the breakfast bowls had food and milk dried in the bowls, and apparently had not been properly cleaned before being put away. Similarly, the kitchen knives in the wooden holder had dried food on the blades, which grossed me out enough that I left them as they were. When we tried to use the washing machine we found the lint filter clogged with a huge mass of lint, that had been there so long it not only stank but was slimy. And then there was a long list of small things -- issues that could easily have been corrected and which would have added to our enjoyment of the place, but which were conspicuous in their absence: No toilet paper holder in the bathrooms. No clothing hooks in the bathrooms. No pillows on the couch, no rug on the living room floor, and only one chair on the balcony, meaning you basically could not sit together on the balcony as a couple. I think the point is that I came to the apartment as a guest, not as a handy man or as a cleaner, but I found I had to do both. The apartment is nice overall, but by the end of the visit the list of negatives beat me down and left a negative taste in my mouth.

Very noisy as ground floor has truck deliveries all night. Very little sleep. Contact with he agent was difficult, called many times to eventually speak to him.

Apartment is nice, but it is old and tired. Lots of things are broken or difficult to operate such as opening windows and balcony doors. Wobbly glass tables. Not the luxury it is advertised as.

All was in order and well maintained. Falcon Apartments staff was very cooperative and we have been granted a late check out. Surely we shall be accommodated again in this apartment in future.
The Administrator of the apartment, Thomas, was very helpful and friendly. He was able to arrange for us in storing our luggage on our check-out date so that we were mobile as our flight was later on that day. Location was good, easily accessible to restaurants and shopping at Canary Wharf. Quiet environment and one service lift to two apartments and thus fairly private. We can access to different train stations easily.
Car cannot access near to the reception lobby and thus, bags need to be carried for a fair distance from and to the entrance gate. Most receptionists were friendly and helpful except for an older gentleman who was less welcoming.
Location at the beautiful, calm and secure financial area of London, excelente served buy Subway/DLR/Bus/Boats. Half an hour of major London attraction by Jubilee line without changes at Canary warf station. Magnificent view to the river Thames, and center of city. Very well served by shops and supermarket at Canary Warf shopping mall.
Clean, close to Canary Wharf underground station. We were in the fifth floor and lift never delayed always prompt.
Fabio who was supposed to meet us at reception didn't turn up although we texted 15 minutes before arrival and a day earlier. He replied saying he is 15 minutes late. We wanted to ask directions we were off Canary Wharf station and took a taxi, but the taxi driver was not sure and was not allowed to enter the barrier. We called to let him talk to the taxi driver he never answered. He was only texting us after long delays. Finally we found the place ourselves, it has been more than an hour of wait. At the reception we spoke the security man at the reception desk whom he called him and gave us the key to the apartment. Bathrooms has no toilet paper hangers. The washing machine was difficult to use it has letters from A to H you need to refer to manual to understand what they mean. In the main room only one bedside cabinet. Our fob key that opens the main gate didn't work we texted Fabio the first day he didn't reply but I said I going to write this in the review he replied, didn't turn as promised by texted me after 10pm. But in the evening I found a solution by the security man whom I paid 5 pounds for his service. We haven't met Fabio until we left (our stay 6 nights).
