mi ha colpito la pulizia, la qualità dell'arredamento e il fatto che era molto spazioso, ben strutturato ed efficiente. Anche se non era l'appartamento che avevo prenotato. perchè hanno avuto problemi oggettivi con l'impianto anti incendio. ma sono stati molto gentili e si sono premurati di farmi avere invece di un appartamento con 2 camere, 2 appartamenti con ciascuno la propria camera, allo stesso prezzo, l'ho apprezzato molto!

consiglierei di prevedere che alla partenza ci possa essere la possibilità di depositare i bagagli, per chi come noi aveva l'aero la sera del cechk-out. Di scrivere in più lingue tra cui in italiano il libro delle istruzioni che si trova nell'appartamento, e anche in consierge, perchè non tutti parlano inglese o lo leggono bene. Un pò difficoltoso trovare il condominio, non è segnalato molto bene.

They arranged a taxi to their other apartment which is a few miles away and I got a call from their reservation manager(the day after in the weekday) and she apologized for the inconvenience caused she offered me to change my stay to canary wharf area and she waived 50% of total amount sent some fruits to my room and also gave special discount for my future stays. I am really happy that they are attentive about the inconvenience although this bad incident happened upon my arrival I was quite satisfied with my stay.

When I arrived to apartment they told me that it is fully booked and they are not able to provide an apartment for me in the premises.It was over the weekend and couldnt find any responsible person to deal with but that they had arranged an alternate premises for me.

The apartment was clean and in very good condition. Access to public transportation was good.

I was put in different apartment building than originally booked, without notice. Directions to building poor and inaccurate. The phone and wifi not working. Wifi was replaced with slow 3g dongle. No toiletries even after repeated requests. Booking.com info is incorrect - different apartments.

Fantastic. One of the best appartments where I have ever been. Relation with the staff superb. I will come back if I go to London

It is not in the city center, but it doesn't really matter. DLR is very close.

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment. Small but adequate pool and gym (make sure you get a keyfob). Excellent location for business on the Wharf.

Considering the price these apartments command, a basic digital TV/Lovefilm/Netflix package would be welcome.

once you find the building with the specific apartment, it starts to improve. It is a short walk 3 min from Canary wharf tube. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and good for extended stay. It is on the Jublee line.

It is not hotel, it is not serviced daily, there are no guest services. The area to our surprise is noisy.

Well styled apartment

Location- far from most attractions. Staff- unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional. On the first day we weren't given the gym pass so had to wait for over 3 hours for the keys to be delivered to us in the apartment (we couldn't go out). The second night at 8pm there was a knock at the door with a staff member delivering 3 teaspoons!!!! (A job that could have been left until we left) Facilities- dirty, old eggs in the fridge, unclean crockery and cutlery. Deceitful- the photos online are not the apartment we stayed in. We stayed at the apartment so we could use the gym. The gym was in another apartment building 15 minutes away!!! Directions- unclear and outdated. We walked over an hour in 1degree rain and wind trying to find the apartment building. Staff wouldn't return calls. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and unhappy with this apartment and company.

Central location in London city. Conveniently close to the O2 Arena for an Andre Rieu orchestral concert. Taking the Tate Boat from Tate Britain museum to Tate Modern museum, pure magic. I would highly recommend staying at Canary Wharf Serviced Apartments especially for it's closeness to the city sites.

The unit was well positioned to reach the o2 Arena for events held there. A large comfortable unit for self-catering. Excellent amenities. Very close to Canary Wharf shopping area. Easy to obtain groceries and many restaurants in the vicinity. Quite close to the tube - walkways mostly indoors - wonderful location.

The unit is directly above a reastaurant with noise - especially in summer this will be a problem with customers until all hours. The units are not serviced daily - sheets and towels only changed once a week - should you stay longer than a week this becomes uncomfortable.

Great central location. Everything you need is close by. Great starting point for exploring London. For a family with young children, an apartment offers so much more privacy than a hotel.

the apartment is excellent, with all the necesary and the location too....is in front of a shopping and 2 block away from the metro in an excellent area

The apartment was in a location accessible to public transporation, shopping, and dining. It was also clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

First, we booked a waterfront apartment, but were moved at the last minute to a different building due to an "electrical outage," and did not get a waterfront room. Second, it was very hard to find despite detailed directions provided by the owners. Third, we called in a problem with the washing machine and did not receive prompt action. We ended up having to fix the machine ourselves after speaking on the phone with the maintenance people. Everyone was friendly; they were just not very responsive to concerns.

Great location for us....very close to the tube! Clean and very spacious, and it included all amenities as described in the booking.....no disappointments. The only thing lacking, that would have been helpful, was a set of directions for using the combo washer/dryer. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff.

Challenging to find at first, as streets in that area aren't labeled well.

Location and once you got to knwo what was around it was easy to do what you needed to within London City.

Price is the only thing - all Places to stay are going up to make a quick buck - forgetting we the people who need to work in those areas now it costs more to stay than we get paid. Rip off UK.

At this price, I can't accept so bad service. If I request, 4 months in advance, something as simple as an apartment with view to the river and the apartments have many of them but finally don't give to you, it's clear that isn't a customer focused company and I don't like. Too much expensive for this service.

all was fine except, as a woman I would have preferred a mirror in the bedroom with a chair/electricity point nearby to do my hair

Sehr schöne Zimmer, große Fenster zum Wasser hin. Angenehme Gegend.

Eines der fenster liess sich nicht schließen und das wurde auch nach zweimaliger Meldung nicht repariert - im Winter eher ungut.

Fräscht och bra standard på boendet. Uppskattade att det fanns allt som man behövde under vistelsen. Som skvätten med diskmedel, maskindiskmedel, toa papper, lakan handdukar. Lugnt och avkopplande område. Bra förbindelser till sevärdigheter.

Inte ogillade men det kunde varit bra med ytterligare en nyckel i vissa lägen.

Nos cambiaron de apartamento el día anterior, pero el cambio fue muy positivo era genial , con todo nuevo y de lujo , la situación muy buena a pocos metros del metro y una estación de tren todo perfecto repetiríamos encantados nuestra estancia !!!!!!
