Score from 2605 reviews Very good
The noise of the train in room 519 and peoples feet from upstairs
Food was very good and on site,
Every thing was good, perhaps a little tired in common areas and aircon not brilliant
Ease of access to the airport.
The breakfast coffee was ordinary.
Finding it using sat nav
Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable bed. Super shower. Nice and quiet too.
Being told a different price to bookings.com on arrival.
Bedroom too hot, we could have adjusted, but did not know beforehand
Bed and restaurant
Metro-line 10 meters from the window
Our teens were in a room which was obviously a smoking room in the past... Because we dropped our belongings and left straight away (after check in) we didn't notice it. However when returning we noticed a funny smell, but it was late... And didn't think anymore of it.... However the next morning, not only did everything the children owned Stink of stale cigeretts , but they had head aches / felt like they had colds / sounded stuffed up. When we mentioned this to reception on departure, they said "there's nothing we can do as you didn't tell us last night" .... We shouldn't have had to check the rooms prior to sleeping in them, and inform staff... This brings a whole new meaning to hotelier (for which I'm sure any travel blogger would live to clarify and be horrified at )
Friendly, helpful staff worthy of a 5 star hotel, good beds, free internet, great breakfast good food
As with all Premier Inns it is annoying that food and drinks can't be charged to the room but have to be paid for each time
the beds, room, staff, and the quality of the breakfast (except sausages)
Sausages at breakfast, wifi not brilliant, and location on map was ajoined to the Excel stadium but it wasnt and didnt really have a clear pathway to it
Cheap, clean, secure, quiet and comfortable. Everything we wanted. I wouldn't want to spend a great deal of time there, but it's obviously not that kind of hotel. It's just somewhere to sleep, have breakfast and then get into town. It's a bit far out from the centre, but the train is only a 5 minute walk away. I'd use again if we came back to London.
At this price?
Staff is amazing, always ready to help. Quick check out.
Pillows are uncomfortable and i couldn't sleep well
Clean, large rooms in a nice, welcoming hotel. Reasonable location to get to central London but perfect for excel as it's a 5 minute walk across a car park! The staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
I can honestly say there was nothing that I disliked about my stay here.
As usual the room was clean, well laid out and a comfortable bed.
The heating system left a lot to be desired but it was minus 2C outside that night. Also, the breakfast staff needed to concentrate on topping up the coffee pots, fresh juice and other sundries rather than patrolling their patch constantly asking "is everything alright for you?". What most travellers want is their breakfast in peace and quiet - maybe it was because I was a solo traveller?!
Price shot up in 1 weeks time from £48 to £114 per night. Quad room seems like is in demand hence the price
Friendly staff, excellent location as close to DLR station. Clean and comfortable room.
We were in a room at the end of our floor and there was a low level humming noise all night..maybe a generator.
Clean and quite Staff are friendly The price is fair
A bit far from subway and train station, but can transfer by bus.
Hotel was ok
No safe To far from centre DLR journey every day and then tubes or buses.
If you have ever stayed at a Premier Inn you know what to expect, and this is no exception. Good hotel, friendly staff and a reasonably priced bar.
There is so much noise coming from the floor above
After a very stressful journey with kings cross station shut and being stuck at Finsbury in the chaos, we were running late at check in time. We needed to leave for a show but staff were prompt and very helpful.
Only hot tap water, heating system not efficient, second bed too small for two children.
Its ok my daughter like a hotel she always said moon hotel because she like a hotel moon sign.
