I have already lodged a complaint with Premier Inn for our poor experience at the Docklands Premier Inn. The booking was made for 4 rooms/people and we all experienced noise throughout the night and early hours due to the closeness of the railway line and London Central Airport. At the time of booking the location of the aforementioned was not advised - had it been we would have chosen a different hotel. We would therefore appreciate your review of this complaint and refund of the monies paid, as this was not a cheap location and our price per night varied on each of the days. Totally unacceptable experience. I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable refund. JULIE THORNLEY

The heating unit was noisy and couldn't be on at the same time as the tv as it interfered too much with the signal.

Room matched our expectations with regard to facilities and cleanliness. Good location, easy to get to from dlr.

Room was noisy (close to elevated railway outside) and we were not advised when booking or checking-in that ths would be the case.

it was a nice hotel and frendely

apart from one person, a very very nice and helpful staff! the rooms were clean and in a good shape, breakfast yummy!

it is a bit far from the city center

the hotel is comfortable with nice bed really you can interst in sleeping in that bed

no safty box in the room and the hotel was a little bit far from london about 25 min by car

Great place to stay over New Years with easy access to the o2 and central London. The beds were amazingly comfortable, staff were very friendly and the all you can eat breakfast for £7.99 was well worth the money.

Reception staff were a stressed through being busy over new years but that was to be expected and they were working at new years. Also it would have been nice for food to have been available from the bar later than 10pm but this is just my own preference.

Exceeded my expectations ! Rooms were comfortable , breakfast was excellent , staff very friendly - have stayed in worse hotels for a lot more money!

Would have liked free parking - its managed by another company and cost £12.00 p/d

Had a fifth floor room with the window approx 75 yards from the very noisy dlr railway line which apart from a couple of hours runs continously with trains passing every ten minutes or so ,making a good nights sleep impossible. when i told the receptionist on checking out that sleep was basically non existent ( remember that premier inns offer a money back guarantee if you do not have a good nights sleep in their hotels) she shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing we can do about the rail line. Yes there is sound insulation and triple glazing would help!! I HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS CLOSE TO RAIL LINES,AIRPORTS ETC AND THEY SEEM TO MANAGE FINE RE NOISE SUPPRESSION. vERY DISSAPOINTING THAT THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED,WHY HAVE IT IF YOU ARE RELUCTANT TO OFFER IT?

Easy and sensible

A bit too far from airport - taxi each way adds another £15 to cost for the night.

Staff are excellent & very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good although staff a bit 'under pressure'. No towels were left on second day and I did ask for them not to be changed anyway! I was trying to be 'green' but wasn't allowed to be. Great location for the O2 & Canary Wharf.
