Staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean. There is no shop nearby, wireless is expensive and you cannot charge expenses to your room such as a drink in the bar so you need cash. |

A young lady named natasha who served in the restaurant was fantastic, and very efficient. The fact that it doesn't have safe and secure parking. The car park is "monitored" by Excel london, but the car got broken into, as well as two other cars having their tyres slashed. |

The clean comfortable surroundings and the bed room which was spacious and welldecorated.Breakfast was very good and plenty of it ! The lack of knowledge of bar staff over the availability of late food via a pizza take-away ! |

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff A lot further from the o2 than we were led to believe, nothing (shops, restaurants etc) near it. |

The staff were friendly ,despiting charging me for breakfast even though it was included in the price .They did sort this out when it was pointed out to them .Food was good .Service was good .the location was ideal for us . The T.V set was a bit complicated to operate and we had to have the receptionist coming up to our room to sort this out .Also in the room there was no where written etc as on what number can you contact the reception. So felt this could be improved |

The room was better than expected and had 3 beds in it. It was big, clean and comfortable. The service was very good too. The breakfast was a bit expensive. |

Room was comfortable and quiet and walking distance from London City Airport (not a very pleasant walk, but not very far). Ok for a short stay but I wouldn't come here on holiday! Hotel is in a dull and not very safe area, nothing much nearby. Nearby dlr metro station was closed for works. No free wifi. |

Car parking was mentioned with the reservation on the booking form, this however is only overnight. Part of the reason I used this hotel was the parking was included. |

Close to our destination (ExCell) and easy access to London via the Docklands Light Railway and Tube, pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast choice and quality Very Good The room we stayed in had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, we also discovered the smoke detectors had been covered over with wet tissue paper that had set to the device rendering it u/s! i assume to allow the previous occupants to smoke undisturbed. |

It was very refreshing to find so many genuinely friendly, helpful staff who were happy to simply chat and be friendly, whilst also providing good service. Car-parking charges, but this is London (UK) |

The food and the room and the on-suite and the breakfast It was too far from the Excel Centre and a mini-bus shuttle service would have been most useful |

We stayed because we knew that the service would be good as would the facilities as we have stayed at other Premier Inn's around the country, predictable but reliable. |

Only at the hotel 1 night but it was friendly clean and well presented Only one thing to dislike was the bed - its just too hard. Not just this hotel but nearly everyone I've stayed at. |
