Nothing - see complaint below I have already lodged a complaint with Premier Inn for our poor experience at the Docklands Premier Inn. The booking was made for 4 rooms/people and we all experienced noise throughout the night and early hours due to the closeness of the railway line and London Central Airport. At the time of booking the location of the aforementioned was not advised - had it been we would have chosen a different hotel. We would therefore appreciate your review of this complaint and refund of the monies paid, as this was not a cheap location and our price per night varied on each of the days. Totally unacceptable experience. I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable refund. JULIE THORNLEY

Staff were extreamely friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, room was clean and provided extra pillows. Decor was okay. Sound proofed rooms. Comfy bed. Ac and heating worked reasonably well. Freeview channels on tv. Wish they had room service!

Room matched our expectations with regard to facilities and cleanliness. Good location, easy to get to from dlr. Room was noisy (close to elevated railway outside) and we were not advised when booking or checking-in that ths would be the case.

I stayed here a few months ago and it was excellent. This time I stayed with a work colleague and he also thought it was excellent. The staff are well trained and very friendly. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is superb. The manager has somehow managed to create a fantastic atmosphere in what would normally be a low cost ordinary business hotel.

Location Having to unexepectedly book an additional room upon arrival as were advised that the family, 4 person room in which I booked could not allow us (a family of 4) to stay in the room as our eldest child had just turned 18. Extremely dissappointed and it impacted on the enjoyment of our break as had not budgeted for the extra expense. Will not be staying at the Premier Inn again as a result and will positively advise friends, family and business associates to boycott the chain in future.

Exceeded my expectations ! Rooms were comfortable , breakfast was excellent , staff very friendly - have stayed in worse hotels for a lot more money! Would have liked free parking - its managed by another company and cost £12.00 p/d

The staff were very welcoming & check in & out ran smoothly. Hotel room was very clean & tidy & contained everything we required. The beds were very comfortable & there was hardly any noise from outside. I would certainly stay here again & recommend it to others.

Close to City Airport which is always a good thing. Difficult to find on foot from station. The shower was turned down as much as possible but was so hot I had to stand away from it and then nip under it and out again. Taxi service weird - he took me round a roundabout - up to another roundabout - back to the first roundabout and then to the airport , you need to keep a check on them.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn't ready in as much as I was travelling with my 11 year old grandson and there was no bedding for him. When I made the booking I made it clear who the room was for.

It wasn't to far to tavel for me and my girlfriend. It took around 25-30min to travel to the hotel as I only live in south east london. So travel time was fine. Also the free parking hours were very useful as well, which was a help. The service we recieved in the restaurant at the hotel and the cashpoint in the hotel was not working for the duriation me and my girlriend stayed.

You always know the room will be excellent and consistent, clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfasts and the service in the restaurant was the same excellent standard and staff were lovely. The premier inn was 100% spot on as usual. They seemed very understaffed in the restaurant - we booked a table for 8pm on the morning but didnt get our meal until almost 10pm along with many other guests doing the same. Our kids are 9 and 10 and coped rather patiently even though they were very hungry and had to wait so long. Front of house man didnt seem to be coping or communicating well that evening. Cannot fault our waitress who even though under so much stress was faultless. I have stopped there on another occasion and even though we weren't too happy on this one occasion it wouldn't prevent me from staying there further. Id normally recommend the hotel to anyone. Lack of staff or 'communication to staff' error I think.

My wife and children were stranded at the o2 in the recent snow storm... Thank you for your excellent booking service. I was able to remotely book the hotel and help them make the two hour journey in snow to get there.

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending the National TV Awards at the O2 arena. The location is very good and the DLR/Tube very easy to use. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Prince Regent tube station. A taxi to the O2 set us back £22.00. A single tube ticket (zone 3) is £4.30. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, maintaining the high standards for which Premier Inn is renowned without paying over the odds. All in all, I would recommend the Premier Inn Docklands ExCel.
