Handy to venue we were attending for weekend
Breakfast. Not great. plus dining room too small.
facilities staff comfort
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice choice of fruit, cheese ham and bread...
Very nice staff. Good breakfast with fruits, could have decaf coffee but otherwise ok. The hotel is close to the Shadwell DLR and overground station which was very convenient. They sent a copy of the invoice by email what was much appreciated!
The walls are thin but it was not really a problem
The very friendly staff who tried their best to deal with the issues I've raised
The initial impression about cleanliness - the sheets were not changed. And I'm still unsure as to whether they've sterilised the toilet.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection at breakfast. Just around the corner to metro/DLR station.Would definitelly stay again.
We stayed at this hotel twice. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very clean, although quite small - but I think that's expected in London. Very close to shadwell train station and the bus to trafalgar square was just around the corner.
The staff was super friendly. They made sure you had everything you needed. We even asked for a cooling pack for a hand and to print our boarding passes. Just great! They keep the key, so you won't lose it, which I think is pretty convenient.
Hairdryer included Comfortable bed Really close to transport
Wifi was a bit spotty
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the continental buffet breakfast was better than I expected it to be for the price.
As a solo female, I felt a little worried about being in the area outside the hotel at night.
Clean Liked the breakfast
Did not like the location, despite being close to DLR station, the streets were vacant and scary to walk through at night.
Very friendly uncomplicated personnel 24 hours service W-Lan cost free
The bathroom could be ventilated better, just keep the doors open
Wifi connection excellent Decent continental breakfast
Small rooms In the middle of East side living space No restaurants Expensive
The confort, the staff, the food.
It was ok
Nice staff and try hard to solve our problem
wifi signal is fair in the room
I was at Dockside for pleasure, it is a quite small but tiny hotel. Very good breakfast with many different things to eat. Personal are ok, kind and professional also during late night when everytime somebody opened me the door at the first ring.
The high temperature in the room due to the lack of a/c but there is a fun thaqt could help you breath.
Nice hotel, kind and helpful staff. The hotel and the room were tidy and convenient.
quite place, tidy and very kind staffs
Proximity to Shadwell Tube and DLR stations made travel around London convenient. Room was clean and bathroom was large by London standards in this price range.
Narrow stairways may be difficult for some guests.
The personal was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice.It was very close to London Tower, only 1 Train Station. We will come back again.
Close to Tower Bridge and the City Good breakfast Helpfull staff
Noisy and small room
quiet location; good staff
cramped room, not well ventilated, no airconditioning
Clean, well presented rooms with a good breakfast and a short walk to the tube station. Staff were really polite and helpful
