We stopped for one night the food ,location, room & hosts were excellent.
The hosts are incredible. We ordered the evening meal ahead of our arrival and it was FIVE STARS. Beautiful setting, a little piece of heaven.
It did exactly what it said on the tin!
Nothing of note
John & Sue made us very welcome. The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. Delightful room. Delicious traditional meals. Fly fishing was fun. Lovely views. Convenient for Lake Vrnwy.
Evetything you would have expected at a quality hotel was provided plus a few extras - bath robes, generous amount of towels and toiletries, hair dryer, travel iron, flannels, etc etc. the room was spacious and spotless with beautiful views over the trout pond and countryside. Breakfast was lovely with generous portions and lots of choice. There was a seperate lounge for guests which was homely with great views and a glassed area to view the wildlife/ stars. Our hosts even took time out to teach my partner how to do fly fishing. Will we visit again? Absolutely.
Fabulous stay. Very friendly, lovely home and location. Warm, comfortable, We were given a cup of tea as soon as we arrived and made to feel very welcome. The views are wonderful. We felt instantly relaxed. The breakfast was outstanding and serviced in a lovely dinning room. Would highly recommend. .
