Dolbrodmaeth Riverside Hotel  

The Location of this hotel is beautiful, and we found the staff really accommodating and the helpfulness and friendliness second to none the room we had was small, comfortable with a big bathroom/shower the tiny tv was a bit behind the times but worked fine, and given the location and lack of mobile phone signal or internet connection, a land line in the room and possibly wireless internet access in the bar or lounge would have been useful as neither were available but wasnt expected we really enjoyed our stay and the food was excellent too, please be aware though that it is a remote location and there isnt another pub or restaurant withing walking distance if you fancy a change of style

Lack of phone in room, lack of wifi tiny tv given the area a small library of local maps and guide books would have been useful (i didnt ask if these were there but couldnt see in the lounge area) none of the above would stop us returning as everything else was wonderful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was home cooked and excellent. We had breakfasts and evening meals and all our party thought they were a good and varied menu to choose from. We also had 3 dogs within our group and they were allowed free access in the hotel and were made equally welcome. We aked one afternoon after a day out "what time does the bar open?" And were told "When you want". What more could ask for? Beautiful scenery and close proximity to a number of attractions nearby. Highly recommended.

We loved the warm welcome, the home cooked food and the relaxing surroundings.
