Whilst it was some distance from the city centre but with an easy walk on the level it was in a pleasant location overlooking the modernised docks and with ample parking. |

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, the location was great and the price ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our few days at the Dolby I do think for older people a lift would be a good idea, the food was nice but you could tell some things were bought pre packed and heated ...not home cooked but overall things were good... |

Nice hotel near the city center. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool Cathedral. Value for money Window lock didn’t work. |

Friendly and informative staff. Despite being on a busy main road it wasn't too busy and noisy during the night. No lift and very small en suite. |

Little bit outside the centre - you'd probably need a taxi to go into town on a night out, especially in bad weather or if you're not familiar with the area. But a reasonable price for a decent room and double bed, as you can pay the same price for a hostel 2-bed. |

The room accommodated three people. It was basic, but clean. The bar was open until 1am, however, it was not noisy at all despite being on the main road. The bathroom was very very small and smelled on our arrival. The lighting was not fantastic for getting ready in! |

we arrived at approx 1030pm and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging for a meal to be ordered and delivered for us as the hotel kitchen had closed some considerable time earlier. The room, although small, was spotlessly clean and there was teamaking facilities, including biscuits, complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. We cannot complain or fault anything about this budget hotel. |

staff friendliness, decent food and most of all a great location for the Echo arena. The price was good and the docks view was a bonus, as was closeness to the Tate modern The bathroom was clean but smelly. Our supper was brought out at totally differing times meaning I had finished before my husband's meal was brought out. We were offered a complimentary drink but were too short of time to accept. |

The location of the hotel with the restuarant overlooking the docks made the stay a most enjoyable experience. Maritime museum a short walk away was well worth seeing. |

almost everything was better than i expected at that price!! :-) The kettle had an intermittant problem as the on/off switch was temperamental and often didn't work. Also the shower went only cold or scorching hot. had to turn it off and on several times so i did not burn!! |
