食事は注文から迅速に料理がきました。受付の人も笑顔で接待していました。シャワー以外は完璧なホテルです- 。 シャワーを流し放しにすると床が濡れてしまいます。 |

The bedroom was very comfortable, and although the bathroom was cruise ship style, it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The quality and choice offered at breakfast was excellent. |

Great location if you get a room on the dock side, excellent breakfast and good staff. Rather cramped bathroom with poor shower and bunk above double bed.was a bit hazardous for the head. |

This hotel gave us everything we expected - the price was very acceptable and we received good value for money here. The staff was helpful, answered all our questions and booked a taxi to airport. The location is a bit out of the center but no problem if you're ready to walk a bit. The room and shower is quite small |

The staff were outstanding, when we did have problem the stabent over backwards to sort it out and that they did. Through out our stay we encounted different staff and they were all curtious and helpful I like single beds but accpt there may not be enough room |

most of the staff were friendly and helpful, rooom was comfortable, nice view from the window, very reasonably priced! One or two of the staff were quite rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing with alot of things |

Whilst it was some distance from the city centre but with an easy walk on the level it was in a pleasant location overlooking the modernised docks and with ample parking. |

The price was good. The hotel is located not far from the Albert Docks. When we booked the room we asked for a river view room on the upper floors, and didn't get any of it! Although there were plenty of free rooms during our stay there! Some loud neighbors didn't let us sleep at nights! No "hello" when we first arrived. |
