did not think it was worth a 4 star the bathroom very very small and very dated next day the cups were not washed the bin not empted. You could hear the people in the next room which was not very pleasant Also I didnt know they also had a camp field so when we went for breakfast there was not enough tables as the campers had prefernce
Very helpful staff, excellent accommodation. Very scenic.
Would have given excellent for location but it did take some effort to get from snowdon especially night driving. There is no phone signal virtually anywhere so take your satnav that doesn't need a network connection. But I guess this applies to anywhere in Snowdonia.
We do like this B/B very much with good lovel breakfasts we need to choose every mornings with this lovely lady waitress serve us every mornings
There is nothing to say we didn't Iike
Very friendly staff and great facilities. Well worth the stop.
Accommodation was excellent.
Breakfast was average.
Thick walls and windowsill you could sit on!
Comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels. Great tea and coffee making facilities in both bedrooms. The 2 bed cottage has a little patio area with amazing views. Staff friendly and efficient.
Very clean and well equipped cottage in lovely location
Lovely location, excellent accommodation, perfect for our requirements. Would visit again if in area.
Staff were lovely. Excellent breakfast. Great setting. Would heartily recommend.
Creaky floors.. But goes with the territory with the lovely converted barn.
Lounge facility Gardens Fabulous location Bathroom well renovated
On arriving at Dolgun Uchaf we found the staff to be very pleasant, the accomodation excellent, the food very good and the very relaxed scenic location restful, which was our intention.
All aspects of our short stay were very good, I can't think of anything that we did'nt like.
hearty breakfast, rural setting good for touring, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room
Convenient for our needs
Very busy at breakfast.lack of bedside tables or surfaces.parking a little crowded
The ability to sit outside room and well kept gardens.
Nothing we didn't like
Location and outlook, friendly and able staff, with plenty of good food.
Lack of draw space in our bedroom
The room was very nice the breakfast was first class and was served up by very competent and friendly staff.
We were in room 7 and didnt like the fact that there was no blind up to the bathroom window so we couldnt switch light on in evening as the glass was practically see through.
Very friendly reception every morning by a lady that knew what she was doing, great breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Clean & tidy modern room in fantastic settings, walking distance to town where everything was available, nicely placed for walks in the surrounding nature.
Great location, peaceful. Wished we had stayed more than one night.
Struggled to get onto wife in the guest house.
We stayed in Aaron Cottage, self catering with one bedroom; open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, shower room and garden. There wasn't anything not to like. Such a superbly furnished little cottage; attention to detail is second to none. Exceptionally clean too. The view from the garden is wonderful.
Definitely no dislikes with Aaron Cottage.
The accommodation was surprisingly roomy for the price and the bed was one of the comfiest that we have ever slept in. The staff were very accommodating and made our kids feel very welcome
The only thing that was a slight niggle was that the room wasn't ready until half three but apart from that everything was great
The house itself was so unique, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We only stayed one night, but felt very much at home. A good experience.
Two separate self contained cottages, with there own enclosed garden area. If able to book in good time either would be ideal for families.
Standard family room felt a little too dark inside, limited light from the two small windows, either side of the door. Plus you need to go outside to enter main building for breakfast.
Relaxed atmosphere, welcomed us like old friends, superb breakfast. Will definitely book again if we come back to Wales
The privacy The kingsize bed the bathroom
