We were amazed by the spaciousness of our apartment and its facilities. Beautiful bed linen and towels - a luxurious night's sleep. Excellent value for money for a very convenient location. Why haven't we discovered Dolphin House before?

Paying for internet per device rather than per room! Very expensive at GBP10 per day per device!! Early check out (11 am) and constant knocks on the door to ensure that we would leave at that time. Staff not empowered to resolve issues.
You feel like you are in a quality hotel because of the check-in and staff interaction. I booked a single room and that was exactly what I got. Small but big enough.
It is a bit of a walk from Pimlico and the location is not very central.

Checking out should be 1:00 pm instead of 11:00 am. Units are not provided with washing machine, instead of using the common launderette in the basement.
Apartment was quite tired looking. Several things didn't work properly including the television and the shower.
Good accommodation, excellent location, handy shopping good restaurant and lovely garden.
The unit was hot and fans were not easily available. House cleaning was very late in the day. Perhaps times could be alternated amongst rooms.

Tea & coffee facilities but no milk? Im not expecting a fresh pint but some long life pots would of been good. Also, there were three TV's in the apartment and none worked.

The room was onto the road and as a hot night with no air conditioning needed to have windows open, so due to noise little sleep. Will request garden room next time

building just still old, tired, despite revamping-dreary temporary cot for son very uncomfortable rooms hot and stifling air front desk staff clearly still in training- not very experienced. some were a bit unprofessional.

-No Air condition -No washer or dryer ( Each apartment should have washer and dryer) -Expensive , if we compare the price to the available facility and location - I informed them twice about the bath tub is plugged but till I leave no body fix it

room 06 was unpleasantly hot, room felt a bit dog-eared due to items not working eg bathroom extractor fan and unrepaired breakages to fridge light, room-light surrounds etc.

Lack of air conditioning in all rooms is a major problem in hot weather.Probably ok in winter. We prepaid 4 nights ,arrived on second day ,to find they had relet our remainder 3 prepaid nights. Temp in room offered in excess 30 degrees at 8 pm.
There was one gentleman in the office that was very helpful. Enjoyed the facilities and the location.
Most of the office staff, other than the gentleman above, were not helpful. It was like they were going out of their way to be unhelpful and do as little work as possible. For example, we had issues with the internet service in our room. The gentlemen mentioned above was very helpful. I talked with2 other women in the office and they were refusing to help me saying that I had connect to the internet up in my room and couldn't so it down in the office. After going back a third one they told me it was because it was a different router so I had to connect to he one in the room. I followed their instructions multiple times and it did not work. They gave up and asked me not to come back to the office for help with the internet anymore because they couldn't help me. The gentleman in the office was able to fix it within 2 min with me in the office. I was very frustrated with the girls in the office. They either didn't know what to do or they were just not wanting to do the work.
We stayed for a weekend and the location and facilities are very good. The Spa was brilliant and we pampered ourselves, the bar restaurant was fine.
Fridge, TV and Phone didn't work but I feel this was due to someone who stayed before us fiddling around disconnecting things, so not really the fault of the hotel but really annoying anyway.However the big grip we had was asking the Hotel to book us a Taxi to Battersea park, we were going to a wedding there and it was a hot day but it is walk-able normally. We were charged £18 for this so beware if you ask them to book a taxi. I told reception when I checked out but got one of those looks, like they care!! All this said I would go back there.
