The bed was clean and comfortable . The bathroom was large and clean and I am afraid that was all. I was not at all comfortable as a solo female traveller to find that any one could access the corridors from the main street . This was listed as a deluxe apartment , but having stayed in several other apartments in London over the past year this I am afraid did not compare well at all in terms of comfort and I was extremely disappointed with the the decor of the sitting room of my suite. Decoratively it was dated and gloomy ( 5 different shades of brown to be precise). The lighting was so poor it was iimpossible to sit and read in this area). The cooking facilities were woefully in adequate. A microwave with a kettle perched precariously on top and only one plug, which therefore necessitated unpluging one item to use the other. The sink was the size of a small washing bowl and there was absolutley no adjacent work surface to place utensils and cutlery. |

This location and the facilities are prefect for my business needs in London. As a frequent hotel user I much prefer the independence of this accomodation. Only criticism is that I felt cold during my stay and could not find any controls for the heating. Also, accessing a taxi requires a probable 15 minute wait - so order in advance! |

We loved the spacious apartment style accommodation instead of the one room restriction you usually get with London hotels. First and formost for me was the cleanliness of the place it was excellent, fresh milk in the fridge instead of silly little pre packaged pots, we could open the windows and it was not too noisy and the overall ambiance also come top of the list. At last somwhere in London we will look forward to staying in again If there was a fault the rooms were very warm, ok in November if you open the window but not sure about in the summer. |

It had been repeated too many times how good the hotel is, and there are other points I want to mention here. There are two bus lines beside the hotel. One is 360, which passes by salone square, brompton road, and up to royal albert hall. The other one, bus 24, passes by westminster cathedral, westminster abbey, natinal gallery, leicster square and british museum. Under ground, victoria line, reaches oxford circus in only three stops. |

everything was great - friendly staff, great service, very nice, big comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable big beds, swimming pool, sauna, even various aerobics classes for free, great location (15 min walk from Victoria Station, 30 min walk from the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace etc, close to tube station- 3 min). We loved everything!!! the kettle was not working but it was ok, we could have asked for another one but we didn't really care |

It was quiet, yet fairly central. It was comfortable and the windows opened for air. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a swimming pool - which I did not have time to use and it looked as if there was good outside space - again no time to investigate. Hopefully, this will be possible next time I stay ... We could not get hot water in the kitchen sink or the bath or basin in the bathroom. I had to fill a bath for my mother using the shower - which took a while. Also, I used the toaster and managed to set the fire alarm off. I also put the kettle on one evening and it did not turn itself off. I went back about 15 minutes later to find a kitchen full of steam. This time, I did not seem to set off a fire alarm! The cutlery tray was at the bottom of the cooker. My mother (80) could not access this. The kitchen door was also annoying - kept banging particularly when you had your hands full and could not stop it. No table mats for the table to put warm plates on - we used magazine/newspaper. All this said, everything else was very good. |

Very close to the subway sation but in a very quiet and reserved place. The hotel amenities are excellent. For a couple, the bed could be larger. |

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were great. Room was very spacious and quiet. Having access to the swimming pool was great The buffet breakfast was very dull and limited for the price and the porridge portion was too large and quality very lumpy. |

Excellent value for money.Staff were very professional and courteous.Booking was easy. Ideal location for a business trip and much better value than a hotel A strange man entered the studio apartment during the afternoon! The concierge had closed the door but I had not locked it. How could this happen if he did not have a key-very dangerous for a woman alone. There was no satellite tv or dvd facility and the broad band was very expensive. The kitchen area needs a light. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The pool was not available. |

Good, quiet, safe location, Close to pimlico underground. Good location to explore the city. Nice hotel. Very friendly personnel. The room was perfect. Large clean room, very good bed and badroom and kitchenette. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was not great and I got only one cup. Only croissants no other bread, and for a piece of toast you have to pay extra, |

It is always a pleasure to stay at Dolphin House and I do so whenever I can find the exuse. The staff are very helpful and the facilities excellent, especially the swimming pool, gardens and brasserie. There is no air con so the rooms can get a bit warm. |

I liked that fact that it was near Victoria tube station, the Apollo theatre and easy to used as a base to get around. Only that it was quite warm in the rooms, no air conditioning but not essential |
