The owners, Elena & Miles, were very welcoming and friendly. The Hotel is within 1 minutes walk of the town centre and night clubs. It's about 3 minutes walk from the beach. The full English breakfast was absolutely brilliant ! Parking was difficult, (I have a large estate car). We stayed for 3 nights in early may, the weather wasn't too good (not their fault) but, the temperature in the rooms really needed to be turned up a bit.

Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Very good value. We had a pleasant two-night stay at a reasonable cost. Overall this was extremely good value. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were freshly cooked.

Extremely friendly and hospitable. Very near to the beach and city center. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Even though it was summer the room was freezing cold due to temperature dropping to 10 degrees. It was not possible to turn up the heating.

Very well located. The single room is quite small but well equipped (shower, toilet, Internet and fridge in the room). Very good English breakfast. Wireless Internet access would be great instead of the cable (rj45) one. (Just detail)

The hotel was very central to bournemouth, the staff were very welcoming. The food you could not fault. The room was ok, but I was disapointed with the shower room which was in need of decoration and a good clean! I would go back again. In the write up of the hotel it said about a complete redecoration, but not the single room!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel ware vorhanden. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Badezimmer war sehr, sehr klein und alt. Fuer den Preis jedoch ok.

The location was very central for shops & bic. Friendly staff & good breakfast. Comfy bed. Although our room was clean it clearly needed updating. The furniture was worn & the shower cubicle needed replacing.

Good breakfast. Condition of furniture was poor. There are only 2 parking spaces for the nine rooms available. We had to pay to park in public car park. Ensuite was below standard. Shower didn't look like it had been cleaned.
