We enjoyed the tourist attractions, the shopping and eating out in the many restaurants and coffee houses. It was very warm in the ensuite as the towel rail could not be switched off as did not have a valve to turn down, did ask the staff but could not do anything about it. |

The owner greeted us and all the other guests personally and took the time not only to explain the Hotel location but gave us an idea of where to eat out and what attractions to see locally. Oh and the food was lush ! |

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very good breakfast. New breakfast room gives so much more space, and the conversion is of a high quality. Bed linen also of good quality and choice of either feather or synthetic pillows is an excellent touch. One small thing- some water in the rooms would have been good. |

House is lovely and the staff were very friendly. A friend arrived late, it would have been helpful to have the sign outside the property lit up! Also it would be nice to have more parking. |

The Staff were courteous & polite, the room was comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent, The free internet made finding information about Bath attraction & restaurants easy, and the information folder in the lounge was both useful and thoughtful. |

Charming facilities. Very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for walking to the heart of Bath and yet far enough away to be quiet. I particularly enjoyed the decor and classical music motifs. |

A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a well-appointed and comfortable room, a fine breakfast. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly at this delightful establishment. It was not a problem for us but we could see some less physically fit visitors finding the uphill walk back from town a bit challenging. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given valuable tourist information and brochures when I arrived even without asking for it. The size of a single room was excellent, and I had an amazing view over the city. Common rooms/breakfast room were lovely, and the breakfast is very good. Dorian House was a lot closer to the centre than what I had thought. I had no problems with walking 10 minutes to the centre. |

Very friendly staff, nice and welcoming. Great breakfast, beautifully decorated. The very steep hill made it difficult to park, when I arrived it was fairly full, can be awkard getting the car in and out at times. I was informed by the hotel staff that they do have permits so you can park on the road outside. |
