El staff muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Nada más llegar que te dan un mapa y explican que hay que ver en Bath. La decoración, el ambiente acogedor que hae que te sientas como si estuvieras en una casa particular. Wi-fi gratis y muy rápida! La zona de desayuno con grandes cristaleras.

Nuestra habitación (la Solomon), era bastante pequeña para 2 personas, en especial la cama y sin espacio para armarios. Aun así, era muy cuca porque tenía chimenea y la vista valía la pena porque se ve todo Bath! El desayuno, según como se mire; puedes escoger entre 3 platos que te cocinan al momento, que son bastante completos. Es cierto que está un poco alejado, pero tan solo son 10 minutos del centro de Bath andando. Lo único que como es una cuesta pues puede parecer más. Pero gracias a su situación elevada tiene bonitas vistas de Bath.

A 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Buena zona.

El personal del hotel es muy atento, las habitaciones son grandes y esta bien situado del centro.

No tiene ascensor y el desayuno esta bien pero no es gran cosa

Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Big room and bathroom.

People need to be aware that there is a flight of stairs to reach the front door of the hotel and although I had requested a ground floor room there were another 13 stairs to the room. Also the car park is very small and steep.

Nothing was too much trouble.We were provided with a lot of information about Bath without asking for it, which was most useful and forward thinking on the staff member's part.We also enjoyed a very high quality breakfast.

Was disappointed with the size of the room (Rossini) for the cost.

The room was comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was the best I have ever had! I arrived early for breakfast and was still made very welcome and fed well.

Because of limited plugs it was not possible to watch TV and make a drink!

The welcome, the atmosphere and the quality of the accommodation. Proximity to the city centre was as expected. Breakfast times had been extended from that advertised.

Comfortable hotel in large house - nice area within a 10min walk of centre. Shower and bed excellent. Nice breakfast.

the hotel was very nice with everything you expect from a good quality family run hotel.

parking was very very steep but because I check in quite late and all the parking spaces were taken, they offered me the parking permit to park on the main road which was so much better.

We enjoyed the tourist attractions, the shopping and eating out in the many restaurants and coffee houses.

It was very warm in the ensuite as the towel rail could not be switched off as did not have a valve to turn down, did ask the staff but could not do anything about it.

the ambiance comfort and friendliness. breakfast was excellant. Room and bathroom delightfull. overall a nice place to stay.

location to centre was great going out but a little daunting on return after a few drinks due to hill. Still keeps you fit.
