部屋はとても清潔でおしゃれ。アメニティーのセンスも良い。スタッフはとても親切で、朝食は特に素晴らしか- った。 強いて挙げれば駅からの距離だが、大きな荷物がある場合はタクシーを使えば問題なし。料金は５～６ポンド程- 度。 |

The staff were attentive and anxious to ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast could not have been better! We would have appreciated being told that a bus went from outside the hotel into the town which we only discovered after taking a taxi at three times the price! |

The staff could not be more accomodating, very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We found the hotel to be nice and quiet at night, the room was clean and very well presented. Breakfast was superb! A wonderful night away, we'll definately be back! |

Delicous breakfast, courtious staff, tea/coffee with added mints each day, very comfortable bed, nice shower Booked a Queen size bed (room 13) and were disapointed that the room was so small - hard to sit in the chairs due to the sloping wall and the lack of a proper wardrobe. I also requested a box of chocolates in the room when I booked, but they were not there.Insufficient parking facilites. |

Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Big room and bathroom. People need to be aware that there is a flight of stairs to reach the front door of the hotel and although I had requested a ground floor room there were another 13 stairs to the room. Also the car park is very small and steep. |

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast - excellant!! Also reasonable close to the city centre and I would recommend this hotel. |

Nothing was too much trouble.We were provided with a lot of information about Bath without asking for it, which was most useful and forward thinking on the staff member's part.We also enjoyed a very high quality breakfast. |

We had a really lovely room which was beautifully furnished. Breakfast was very good and it was an added bonus having an honesty bar. Unfortunatly some building work was going on but it did not impinge on us too much |

The room was comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was the best I have ever had! I arrived early for breakfast and was still made very welcome and fed well. Because of limited plugs it was not possible to watch TV and make a drink! |

the hotel was very nice with everything you expect from a good quality family run hotel. parking was very very steep but because I check in quite late and all the parking spaces were taken, they offered me the parking permit to park on the main road which was so much better. |

We enjoyed the tourist attractions, the shopping and eating out in the many restaurants and coffee houses. It was very warm in the ensuite as the towel rail could not be switched off as did not have a valve to turn down, did ask the staff but could not do anything about it. |

the ambiance comfort and friendliness. breakfast was excellant. Room and bathroom delightfull. overall a nice place to stay. location to centre was great going out but a little daunting on return after a few drinks due to hill. Still keeps you fit. |

The owner greeted us and all the other guests personally and took the time not only to explain the Hotel location but gave us an idea of where to eat out and what attractions to see locally. Oh and the food was lush ! |

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very good breakfast. New breakfast room gives so much more space,and the conversion is of a high quality. Bed linen also of good quality and choice of either feather or synthetic pillows is an excellent touch. One small thing- some water in the rooms would have been good. |
