Great restaurant Great staff My early check-in was handled perfectly My very early check-out was also handled perfectly
Room was too cramped, too small for 2 six-footers, fortunately my 6 ft. partner was unable to join me No bath...I needed a bath Not actually a 5 star hotel I have stayed in many 5 star hotels which actually are worthy of 5 star description. This one is NOT 5 star.
friendly & helpful staff high quality décor quiet room Luxurious facilities
Small room - sufficient for our needs but too small to have room service
stile and decoration
we could't walk around the bed after opening the suitcase.
Great customer service, really well looked after, nothing too much trouble, slightly compact room for a 'Luxury' but very clean and lovely spec. Very quiet with good double/quadruple?glazing.
Air con was loud even on low fan, but hey I guess that's standard. Bar drinks are v pricey as is mini bar and its a shame that there's no kettle etc in room, as although we had room service breakfast, would've been nice to be able to make our own 'early cup of tea'.
Beds very comfy, hotel warm and cosy
quality of the service
Well-equipped rooms, free wi-fi
Location Decor Staff Very comfy bed
Bit pricey No discounted parking nearby
very good shower - a rarety in the whole of London very comfortable beds wonderfully designed throughout
First room given was on the ground level next to the reception and the common room. You can hear every word spoken plus you will be quickly aquainted with the underground schedule as you can hear and feel it too. Alternatively we were offered a tiny attic room, usually funtionining as a single room, for a GBP50,- discount per night or a damp room in the basement next to the breakfast room and even closer to the tube. We opted for the attic room. But at this price level I just expect more.
This hotel is all around superb. It is quiet, well appointed, and has a fantastic staff. The restaurant is top notch for breakfast and dinner as well.
The rooms were a little bit small, but the rest of the great qualities of the hotel made up for the size.
Very efficient and attentive staff. Location is also excellent.
Room size rather small and although we had booked a garden view room they could not provide one.
Service was excellent, very comfortable room, best shower yet!!
Room on the small size although ok for one night. I had a room facing into the inner courtyard so restrictive views.
Hotel very nice, eclectic decoration, lovely room and staff very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again - good location for that part of London.
Booking via your website was confusing - I thought I had booked a rate incl. of breakfast but was advised this was not the case which made the actual rate very expensive.
The location was perfect for my visit to Lords and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and efficient.
Staff couldn't do enough for you felt very welcome. High standard of decor furnishings and great a(tention to detail
Beautiful hotel in great location. Delightful staff who are attentive in a lovely understated manner. Great for the cricket tragic and design fanatic alike!!!
the bed and duvet excellent quality with a wonderful touch of a pillow and personal space spray, sends you off to a good nights sleep the quality of the furnishings, the location and the staff but especially the Raspberry Bellini's
Excellent staff, really helpful, kind and nice. Super cosy room, really confortable bed (matress and pillows)
Breakfast was not included in such a (not cheap) room price (but it was during Tennis tournament days, so the city was full - so prices increased)
staff couldn't do enough, genuinely couldn't do enough. Lovely relaxed atmosphere which felt like a haven in the middle of the busy city. Loved the decor.
location staff room
facilities way over priced
Nice, but very small room
décor and general ambiance
Very over priced Very small room Sound proofing non existent
Design, Room volume, staff
The Room above was noisy (walk on the floor), breakfast included content was not clear (finally ok).
