The location is brilliant! Hotel in general is nice!

Bed was really hard to sleep on! Last time we stayed here we got an upgrade to the platinum suite and never got that option last time which we would of liked considering the amount we paid for one night!

Items missing from room - case stand; tea bags. Wash basin plug did not lift. Tv set up wrong, so not all picture could be viewed. Offered alternative room, but with no window to outside - rejected. Offered further alternative room - accepted, but still some items unsatisfactory - no safe (as specified in literature); hook missing from bathroom door; shower temperature tap not working properly/part appeared to be missing. At breakfast - no milk on table on both days; some hot food very poor as had been kept warm for long period, especially the fried eggs which were inedible. Also at breakfast on both days, the staff did not remove used crockery from the (small) table as they appeared disinterested and preoccupied with other trivial tasks.

The leisure centre was lovely and clean. All staff we met were friendly and helpful and the room was nice.

View from our room was out onto a brick wall, we had no view!!! Also couple in bedroom next door arguing and had tv up loud until 3am and night staff were not answering phone. Apart from this nice stay.

I was with a family group for a wedding. We were in two parts of the hotel. One member of the group decided we should all eat together in the newer part, I forget the name of it. The quality of the food was fine but it was cold. I sent it back. Another member of the party said the food had been brought over from the older area on a cold day going outside.

The photos u have are very deceiving. Thought we were getting a separate seating area. Also u said the room was £256 down to £110 per night. Spoke to an employee she said room was round about £120 per night

Pool and spa was warm and comfortable. Good menu choice.

Restaurant staff were a mixture of friendly and attentative to unfriendly and uninterested.

No worries over car parking. Suited my purposes, and easy walking distance of centre.

Didn't use the pool because I never thought to bring a cozzie!

Hotel was very well presented check in was easy and the the food was very good, Bed was very comfy overall a great hotel to stay in.

Old style mixer tap for the shower but only a small complaint as it was ok to use.
