Booked 2 executive rooms for us and the grandkids. Ideal location for site seeing and getting around London
Late December busy time of the year.
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Quiet. Chocolate chip cookie on arrival. Good breakfast with wide choice of foods.
Room lights a little too dim. Not much else.
Great location. Staff very pleasant and the hotel was spotless.
Bar prices very expensive but plenty of options outside the hotel.
the staff were great, the sky lounge was brilliant, will definitely go back just for that.
Staff, Food, Skybar
Near the tube stayion.
The room and helpful staff. The location.
Bar prices. Couldnt work computer.
Facilities and express checkout as well as the skylounge and other facilities onsite.
I would recommend this Hotel for anyone to stay. Very good staff and nice food in the restuarant.
I only spent one night here and I was very impressed. I would have spent longer if I could. We were greeted with a warm cookie from the receptionist which I enjoyed with a nice cup of tea! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy and spacious, the bathroom was lovely, clean and the shower was amazing! I can't fault this hotel the staff were friendly especially the bartender in the skylounge and at the lobby bar who helped us with our order that took us forever to decide on what we wanted!
A sandwich cost £5.50, £6 for a panini, £5 for room service delivery - ridiculous!
Nice clean room, with iMac. Check in and out was a breeze. Tower bridge underground only a couple of minutes away. Staff are extremely pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms we're clean well equipped and very comfortable, staff really friendly and always ready to help and a nice location not to far from all attractions
The heating/aircon bit of a farse, bit complicated if it was supposed to be warm or cold? Free wifi did not work at all
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in around 12pm, earlier than we were supposed to, which was helpful as we had heavy bags. They also gave us a warm cookie as we checked in and the facilities were well above expected. The apple iMac was a fab touch! The hotel was also a very short distance from the nearest tube station, very good for getting around London.
It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first as it was hidden behind a couple of large buildings, but when we got there it was great.
Friendly checkin with a hot cookie. Complimentary bottle of wine and water in the room with Apple Mac technology. Easy no queuing checkout.
Only thing that was missing was a bath robe.
On departure at 0600 am on the 18th of January, the Night Porter saw me with two large suitcases and offered no assistance to me going to the Taxi , he stood behind his desk watching me . The Taxi driver says that this happens all the time at this Hotel .... overall very very basic
Food was amazing, the 12 floor bar is a must if you stay at this hotel. Over great stay and would come again.
I brought my daughter (3 yr old) for the weekend. I can't fault the attention of the staff who gave us a treat upon arrival and a colouring activity bag for my daughter. The location is excellent, just two mins from the tube station and easy access from LCY. The room was a good size
My only issue was temp control in the room. It was either roasting or freezing. Even if I put heat on low during night it was far too hot Would have liked fuller duvet since it was winter! Duvet provided would be perfect for spring/summer
Location, view from Sky Bar, comfortable rooms with good TV & audio, modern en-suite, Good breakfast buffet. We stayed the weekend before Christmas and enjoyed an excellent discounted room rate which appear to be available from time to time.
Location, exec club, sky lounge, gym access
We arrived early and the room was ready so we could check in. There was no queue for check in or check out and the hotel was really quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Its very close to the the Tube.
Sky lounge and the amazing views Lovely clean bathroom with good power shower.
Building work opposite hotel woke us each morning.
