the staff was happy to help and the room was clean and tidy.lication was really convenient to victoria station. they provided a cot for our baby which was clean.i would recomend this hotel
my only complaint was the sink in our room was tiny and we struggled to clean bottles.but we would stay again
The fact that there was nothing to dislike. For the price you pay,The Dover reaches all the standards one might expect of a London B and B,in a location handy for both coach and train.
Good, central Location
Comfort of the bed
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Just a shame there is no space for a lift.
Better than backpacker, good location, free wifi.
Outdated and unfinished bathroom .
It is cheap, and in good location
It feels cheap but that is what I paid for.
Great location Good breakfast
Wifi only for one device Bathroom very small Expensive for what offers
Localization. Toasts with no limit.
Room in the basement, very narrow. Dump bathroom after single shower. Draughty windows.
Cheap hotel very clean had a tv and coffee tea making facilities. Very close to Victoria rail and bus station
Just a few minutes walk from Victoria, we stayed in a triple room (my husband, his sister and I). Much bigger room than other budget hotels we have stayed in, good hanging space and hospitality tray. Great value for money. We didn't have breakfast as we had an early start but there are plenty of places nearby to buy pastries etc.
One side of the double bed is against the wall so if you need to get up in the night you will need to climb over your partner (didn't affect us). Outside the road gets busy very early so not the place to stay if you want a lie in!
5 minute walk from Victoria Station. Safe neighbourhood
Ceiling plaster work fraying and in need of repair. Very cramped room, little space.
It was clean and tidy, and felt like you were staying at somebodys house
1. The hotel is near the Pimlico underground station. 2, The staff is friendly.
1. The heater just work at night and it is not powerful. 2. The drains was blocked.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, just round the corner from Victoria station. There were tea and coffee facilities and the bed was comfy.
Our TV in the bedroom didn't work. But we didn't complain or mind as we were there to site see. It would have been nice to have some fruit with breakfast.
location, near sightseeings and near metro and bus station.
it was a little small room.
The friendliness and service provided by staff. Comfortable room and enjoyable breakfast.
Located near to Victoria Station for easy access to Gatwick Airport
Breakfast was simply too basic
Superbly helpful and pleasant staff.
Inevitably small rooms. Decor dated.
Despite other clients comments, this place is really good. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good. The bathroom is small, but you have enought room to use the toilet and the shower. Location is great and staff is very helpful.
I didn't like that you are allowed to use for free wifi only one device per room. But I didn't come in London to stay on wifi so this is not a real problem.
Very convenient for Victoria coach and rail stations easy walk to Buckingham Palace and Knightsbridge two theatres close by. We were able to store our luggage at our own risk until we were due to leave later in the day.
Very noisey road, no double glazing fitted.En-suite very small only room for shower and toilet, sink was fitted in the bedroom! Room fine provided occuppants are below size 12 or less than waist 38 for men! No lift, very steep stairs and poorly lit.
-> Location -> Staff -> Comfort
-> Tiny bathroom -> No place to put bags in the room
Easy access to historical city centre and underground. Not very busy street. Pubs nearby. Clean bedroom. Could leave luggage at the reception when already checked out.
Very simple breakfast, every day the same. Small bathroom.
The staff were friendly, helpfull and kind. The room was big an the bed was comfy. The room was clean. Great location.
The window doesnt close properly. So it was a bit cold during the night.
No heater on the top floor, need to log in wifi manually every time you use it, the breakfast is a joke with only toast served.
