Location was convenient to Victoria Stn. Clean. Staff helpful.
Basement Room Cramped Bathroom
Very close to Victoria Station, so central position
Staff not very helpfull, tiny room and bathroom, very expensive
We arrived very early on Sunday the 10th, we couldn't check in but we could leave our bags and they were completely safe! Lovely friendly helpful staff who even helped hide items for my daughters birthday which was on the 11th, until she fell asleep the night before. The location was ideal for access to Victoria station, just a short walk. And our room was quiet, well ventilated and clean! Would return here again in future!
Staff were helpful and polite Location
Ensuite to small, electric radiator hanging off wall, nowhere to hang towels, bed very very uncomfortable, mattress very lumpy no support, quite noisey when people coming and going in early hours
Right next to Victoria Station
The position was excellent: just five-ten minutes walking from Victoria Station. However, I didn't hear noise from the street and could sleep quietly. The room, even though extremely small, looked tidy and clean -Towels, soap and the kettle given. There was also the air conditioner as the room was boiling.
The breakfast was very poor and the staff quite rude. When I arrived in the tiny breakfast room all the tables were taken (6 tables) so I had to wait till one group moved. Then one lady from the staff a couple to sit at my table since I was alone. I booked this hotel because it was the only one free, but I wouldn't come: it is definitely too expensive for the service given (£100 per one night per one person).
The location was excellent and the service fair.
Rooms were tiny, bathroom minute, and carpets grubby.
Good attencion, clean, nice.
The breakfast local is too small
Very friendly and useful staff
There are not any cabinet any lift
Bathroom, bed, staff.
Staff was friendly, location excellent, prices excellent, great value for the money.
Street noise but it is a busy street and not much the owners can do about that.
Very close to Victoria railway station and bus station. It was actually just down the street for these to places. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Sink in room.
The shared bathroom was 1 1/2 floors further down and very small. It felt a bit filthy to shower at the very same centimetres where people walk in wearing their shoes. Steep and narrow stairs to the top floor.
2 blocks to Victoria Station,
very small rooms
The breakfast was good
Bathroom was a bit small
Great location near Victoria Station. Easy to deal with the staff.
Small room and noisy on the street. Not much of a breakfast, but better than nothing.
It is what it is - a budget hotel right on Victoria station. WiFi is working, room is clean and made each day
Very small room. Not clean. 3rd floor without elevator and no one to help with the luggage.
Staff great , my room was very quiet and clean
the beds were lumpy and it's tiny
No lifts ..
The staff very helpful, lovely clean bed linen and towels, very clean rooms, ok for one nights stay and the price within our budget
The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage I think. It is really close to Victoria station where we arrived from the airport. There are some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. The grocery store is also really close. The room had everything we needed. It is perfect when you want to explore the city and don't need a fancy hotel. Will definitely come back again.
I would appreciate cheese with the toast for breakfast but it is not a big deal. Also there was a small problem with water leaking from the light in the bathroom but we told at the reception and when we came back, everything was taking care of.
Considering the age of the building and the general level of comfort in London hotels this was just like the rest. Tidy, but run down, breakfast was so-so. If you come with not so high expectations you'll be fine, but otherwise, disappointment will occur. Staff was alright, and offered to watch our luggage for a few hours even after check-out.
The bathroom was smelly, something to do with plumbing. The beds were very uncomfortable, and if you're not used to the sounds of traffic, it'll keep you awake. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was no smoking area. Very narrow corridors and staircases. Suspiciously damp, possibility of mildew. Breakfast room was very small, had to share with strangers, thought the unfriendliness of other guests can't be blamed on staff.
Location, helpful and friendly staff
Very small and hot room. Very noisy water-pipes. Quite expensive for the size and facilities. Somewhat shaky wifi (needed frequent reconnects).
The beds were really comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit rushed.
