I can't think of a single nice thing to say about this horrid hotel. Rooms were small and shabby. The tv was precariously dangling from the ceiling with a mass of rather dubious wires trailing from it. We had a twin room with a view of a brick wall from our window. Between the two of us we were left one teabag to share, together with powdered milk - yuk! Breakfast took place in a basement, and was described as being continental, but the only item we found edible was the toast - the cerial and yogurt didn't look at all appetising. The shower room was just beyond depressing, and smelt of bad drains. In a word it was shambolic, and I definitely won't be going back there. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I left there feeling like I'd been mugged.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to Victoria Station and London Underground. Very small room with no air circulation. Put in a room on the top floor even though I told them I had very heavy luggage. Basically told unable to move to a lower floor room. Booking.com stated that hotel had wi-fi in all rooms. Had to go down to office to get connection and then lost connection when I got back up to room. No water pressure in the shower and had to wait close to 15 minutes to get any hot water. Then water ran hot/cold. Had to adjust to taps constantly so I wouldn't get burned. When I checked out in the morning the desk clerk did not even look up and no thank you for staying with us. Would never stay here again especially with all the other choices in the area. Rating for this hotel would be 1 out of 10 for the price you pay!

I was on a tight budget so I aimed for a hotel with just the basics, but close to Victoria Station. This was exactly what I got. The room was clean, functional and well-kept. The staff was service-minded and kind. I would definately stay here again. The only thing that was a disappointment was, that breakfast did not start until 7:30 and I had to leave early every morning.

We have order hotel to be near to city center. That was excellent as we stayed 5mins walk from Victoria. But when we came first time to our room we shocked. Tiny room, cold and noisy. Bathroom was just disaster. Very small. Getting there was like a approaching spacecfrat. For breakfast you could get only yogurt. I enjoyed with my wife London but hotel was nightmare ...

being close to tube station Victoria line, but that was all I liked. From the fornt door to the room, all was just very dissapointing, knowing that London is an expensive city, I went for what description form site, and turned out to be a big mistake. Far form what really advertises, this is a dump, full of drunken eastern european guys. Rather pay 60 pounds more and get a better room at a better hotel just near by.

Excellent location 5 minutes from Victoria Station. Very helpful staff and spotlessly clean. Very, very small room on top floor so kept awake by the functioning of the water tanks above us. Shower a trial as either red hot or ice cold!

Super comfortable bed and pillows, warm at night, clean, bed made and towels renewed every day. I had a double room on the ground floor and it was perfect for one person.

Location very good for Central London - rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms too close together especially if you have noisy guests staying in a room close by. Not very much space in the room.

The hotel is excellently located, extremly close to Victoria Station and hence close to London's main attractions. The hotel is very simplistic but convenient for just a night. The breakfast felt like being at home with cereals, toast, jams and coffees. Overall it was comfortable and pleasant staying there. The decor is quite old fashioned but

Very polite, gentle and thoughtful staff. Fantastic location for Victoria station etc. Clean and functional rooms, if predictably small. I understood Wifi was free (a main reason for choosing the hotel as I had a lot of Internet work to do) but I discovered on arrival that usable Wifi was chargeable. Decor was very old.

The location is good, The room was not daily cleaned, I stayed 5 nights, two days without cleaning, and one night without heating, I was there in November, this was very bad for older people and small kinds. If hot milk is offered at breakfast, it would be a nice thing in the morning.
